MrDolce As this was my first grow, I made many first-timer mistakes. Firstly, I overwatered the killing hell out of the plants. I figured out quickly that the growth was stunted, and tried adjusting accordingly. I think that the plant has recovered from the overwatering after letting the medium completely dry out for a few days. Secondly, the LED light that I was using was not strong enough to support plant growth. On the day that this picture was taken, I completely changed my lighting situation from the LED square light, to 4 100w CFL bulbs that are under a light hood (in order for focus). In retrospect, I wish that I had implemented this change earlier. If anyone has any constructive feedback, please let me know. I am trying to learn as best as I can.
I am happy with the new growth since Day 7. Again, If anyone has any further instruction. Please comment!

MrDolce I added a total of 5 CFL light bulbs hanging by the top of the tent. I am happy with the growth since the addition of these bulbs.
Wanted to low stress train this plant if I am able too.I am not really sure when to start, does the plant look old enough to begin introducing this technique? Should I wait another week? Also when should I start feeding the plant nutrients? It’s still growing pretty fast.
Great choice of weed, ( the best with some sativa in it) good beginning. What else... little nutrients and water, plenty of sun light, and you should be sent up the roof or the sky .... ;-)
