LST is working good, growing wider than it is tall. It looks like I'm over watering but I really don't see how as I wait til it's completely dry before I add a half liter. I'm cutting back on nutes this week a little maybe that'll help heck I don't lol. Hoping she'll stretch when they start flowering. Any advice appreciated
I don't know what you mean sativa, the strain is 50/50 indica/sativa. Other grows might have bigger inter nodal space, due to environmental conditions like temperature. Hybrid strains usually have wide leaves like indicas.
I flushed for a few days and the plant loved it. I think I was overfeeding nitrogen and or calcium. Anyway I started giving it bloom nutes a few days ago and she has responded nicely. Starting to preflower/ flower. Temps have been considerably lower also so I suspect that helped.
This girl is stretching nicely. I've continued the LST a lil at a time and tucking fan leaves as needed. On straight bloom nutes and molasses and as long she's lookin happy that'll hopefully be the diet til flush. Main cola has nice white hairs and plenty of bud sites scattered around plant. I'm calling this week a veg week hopefully a big stretch and some more hairs to mark next week first solid flowering week. She's got a subtle wonderful sweet, woody aroma. I'm pretty inexperienced so any tips are appreciated! Watering as needed and she's drinking about a half gallon every other day. She's sharing my 2x5 area with a small 2 plant hydro setup I just started and there's plenty of light to go around but I'm adding 2 60w cxb3590's this week to add some extra intensity hopefully tighten up buds and give me a little extra yield.
Did a little defoliating to send more of her energy to the bigger buds and get a little more light penetration. She drinks a lot more water now compared to last week. She's flowering slow, but I've seen a few of these grows from others that take a while but end up with a great yield and great quality smoke. Very weak smell but that's OK with me for now.
