Chemdawg and Purple gorillaNo till! My first grow attempt and I decided to go with a no till hippie approach after doing my research and weighing out my options. It was a bit more expensive to start up, but I don’t intend to buy any nutrients for plants for the rest of this grow by virtue of the the no till set up. I composed my soil and devised my strategy based on methods from Derek Butt, Mendodope, and 420 Brown Guy. Wish me luck!

Built upon the no till set up a little bit more. Added new beneficial organisms to the biome: lady bugs, red wiggles, nematodes, and predatory mites. Also topped with new clover and mulched with barley straw.

Just letting the girls continue to scrog. Also noticed that the soil was much dryer before the second watering this week; I may have to increase watering quantity and/or frequency in weeks to follow.

First week of flower, things got a bit hot this week (115f in SoCal) and the chemdawg almost completely dried out, but bounced back after her daily watering. Smell in the tent is positively sublime! No signs of preflowering just yet

Both ladies are LOVING rootwise innoculant and enzyme. SCROG is finally starting to really fill out. Running into the issue my light producing too much heat now. Currently running 2 older mars hydro 300w leds that I purchased second hand, and they may be at the end of their rope. 2 different brand LED are on the to replace. Stay tuned next week for new set up using vivaspectar and galaxy hydro 300 w lights.

Hello all, hope every body else took advantage of all the prime day deals earlier this week! As I said last week, I was concerned with the output and longevity my 2 300 w MARSHYDRO lights (which now I know was a stupid concern) so i bought 2 more 300 w led lights on amazon for super cheap. Rather than replacing the two lights, I decied to go for broke and hang all 4 300 Watt LEDSs in the tent by taking advantage of the ViparSpectra daisy chain feature. Needless to say my plants LOVE all new light. Stay tuned next week! Can’t wait to share results next week in normal light real color!

Tops are finally full flower! Noticed that the girls are much thirstier than they’ve ever been, so I’ve maintained the same watering frequency but I’ve doubled the total water volume given at each watering to one gallon. Stay tuned for next week!

Final weeks of flower and These girls are gonna get nothing but water from now till harvest. I know its technically a not “flush” phase because I’m growing no till, but no more compost tea every other feeding. I’ll keep posting till harvest!

Another week of flower, and both girls have started to plump up so to speak, and each plants’ buds have started to crust over with more resinous tricombs and sugar leaves. I cannot wait till harvest! Just a few more weeks!
