Finally changed out the lights from my home made fixture with 80% 6500k light and 20% 3000k light. Switched to a pair of 120w LED quantum boards. Each of the boards are loaded with 72 5000k, 176 3000k, 32 Red 660nm, 4 IR 730nm & 4 UV 395nm. I am running them on a meanwell 240w LED driver. It puts out a ton of light!! Did the final water change and the PH was 5 and PPM was 2500. Definitely not ideal but it looked like there was quite a bit of the roots sluffed off.
