From your diary I don't see them drying out in the pictures. Just some claw like effects on the leaves.
that is usually caused by over watering and root issues. try oxygenating the water and using less but more frequently.
any form of substrate inoculant would be useful as well.
Overall they are looking ok. They just may need some more time to chill and find their footing.
One plant in the backgorund of pic #2 looks like it might have a leaf miner in it. the desgin of the damage looks a lot like it.
