I always add some TNC MycorrMax ("Premium Mycorrhiza Powder") to all my plants.
The mycorrhiza (and various other mushrooms and stuff in it) help promote root growth and even help with over or under watering your plants.
Since flowering I set the LED to ~60/65W with the lamp around 25-30cm away from the plant.
Target is slightly below 900 PPFD - measured via UNI-T UT383 BT and companion app "PPDF Meter" as well as with the beta version of the "Photone" app.
RO water discontinued after brown spots started to kill off entire leafs.
I am guessing calcium deficiency?
The water here is very "hard" - and I have added more alg-a-mic.
I cut the brittle parts off the leafs to get more light to the lower (still green leafs)
Can anyone confirm or guess at the kind of deficiency my plant is having?
I am not sure if "hard water" (instead of RO so far) is the right answer or if I need some special sauce...

You're giving your grow far too much nitrogen! And you've probably got some lockout issues as well. Since they're in flower, you need to drastically cut back on your grow nutes as these contain the most nitrogen... and start giving them some bloom nutes as these will have the other micronutrients weed needs during flowering. @gmslave is also correct - you MUST check the PH of your runoff - it should sit between 6.0 and 6.5 with 6.3 being the "sweet spot" ... if it is out of that range, you'll need to do a flush (I would encourage that regardless as you've been giving it too much nitrogen)... To do a flush, you need to run PH'd water through each pot at the rate of 3x the pot size - since you're growing in 4-gallon pots, this means you need to flush each pot with 12 gallons of PH'd water. Check the PH of the runoff before you put the last gallon through and if it's within range, you can add nutes to the last gallon - but no more grow nutes! It's easier to fix a deficiency than an excess...

The water I am using is very hard - with 500ppm.
I ph-adjust from ~7.5 to 6.5
Monday: Flushing with runoff @6.7ph; 1.500ppm
--> Levels came down to 850ppm (still @6.7ph) after putting about 15l of ph-adjusted tap water into my 12l of soil.
All my Biobizz nutrients contain nitrogen (grow 4%, bloom 2%, top-maxx 0.2% & alg-a-mic 0.2%).
So I used the alg-a-mic as a last watering mixed with TNC Mycorr(Max) - a mycorrhizal inoculant - runoff was 850ppm & 6.2ph
Continued flushing in the late afternoon...
I started by removing "damaged" leafs (because I read somewhere: is's what you should do).
Then flushed with collected rain water (6.6ph; ~30ppm). 20l later runoff was 170ppm.
Now to whisper kindly to her to please not die and continue growing...
2 days was all it took to jump from all white hairs to "almost done"... but we all know - almost done means "wait another week". =)
So many almost dead leafs needed defoliating - it feels like I lost half a harvest. Smell is not ripe yet either.
