@Uk420time the biggest issues I have noticed with slow growing autos is usually
either over or under watering , incorrect ph in the medium or just an unlucky dud seed
your little plant looks healthy enough the leaves are "praying" to the light gods which is a great sign
so I would just continue along with whatever it is your doing

Please don't consider topping this... topping is extraordinarily stressful and your plant, ESPECIALLY at its age, will not have time to recover before it goes into flower which should be either this week or next!
It's best, with autos, to stick to the LST that you've done to increase their yield and leave topping for photoperiods!
