Its been so cold and my veg room has been so filled with the upcoming outdoor seasons clones a few have been left on the back burner. This is one I topped last week, defoliated a little and then transplanted into 19l pot with Herbis worm castings and Herbis 4-4-4. Im not going to touch this girl to see how she grows for a beginner grower as I intend to put this strain on the medicinal market in NZ and this is a great way to record my efforts failures and successes.
Day 3 flowering,
Some new leaves appearing and I know this girl she is about to go full power boost. So to cut the stretch down a bit this harsh treatment now will see a balanced, long stemmed beauty. Some strains you wouldn't dare do this to straight after flipping. Fruity Loopz can stretch a crazy 400% if not checked early making her completely unmanageable. Tough love for this new Landrace.
Dare i say there are signs of rehabilitation from her harsh start. Still suffering severe temperature deficiency with night temps dropping to around 10 degree Celsius in the room (ill get heating next winter) I expect over the next fortnight she will transform completely and a week after that been to flower. Stay tuned and Sticky Buds Spunions!
So glad to have the worst of the cold weather behind us. Yes it makes for beautiful coloured buds...but its also hard to grow a real bushy girl when its so cold. Heres to warmer weather and fatter buds all round!
Well you wouldn't recognise her from two weeks ago would you. I think mentioned a few weeks back that this would erupt into a pretty good plant in just a few weeks...and here we are. She isn't going to be the biggest ive topped it once and that is the only time I will do that...now im just going to leave her for a couple more weeks then I will defoliate a little bit and lollipop for the final stages.
