Outdoor garden. Has been near 100 degrees F the past couple of days. All plants are handling the heat fine. Both autos are starting to swell their Bud. The critical is in pre flower. The SQ is not flowering at all. A little worried about her making it all the way before first frost here. We will see. Happy growing!
Buds on the autos swelled nicely this week. They are both about 50% milky and 50% cleat trichimes. So I am guessing another 3 weeks for them. Special#1 began preflower this week. So both photos are starting to flower. Both should finish up before first frost here. All is going well. Happy growing!
Buds on the autos swelled more those week. Moved them up to my deck to try to discourage them from getting stolen. Trichomes about 75% cloudy on both plants. Smell is VERY string now. Entire back yard smells amazing. Maybe 2 more weeks for the autos? Photos both starting to flower nicely this week as well. Both starting to stretch. Expect them both to be done late September/early October. No more nutrients for the autos now. Will get only water for the next 2 weeks. All is going well. Happy growing my friends!
Creamatic is done. 10-15% red trichomes. Day 76 of the grow. Brought her in the house for 2 days of darkness. Will chop on Friday. Haze should be ready within the next 2 weeks. She swelled quite a bit this week still. All trichomes cloudy. Just waiting for a few red ones to show up. Critical is stretching big time now. Special 1 is flowering nicely as well. 8 perfect colas. She is gonna be amazing later this fall. Had to come back and edit. Because the haze plant just keeps swelling. Massive main cola for an auto IMO. Smells amazing. Citrus and skunk.
She was my first....so I am happy with the yield and buzz from her. Can't wait to see how she tastes after a few weeks of curing. Found some bud rot in main cola while trimming. Unfortunate. Rest of plant looks fine. Ended up with 1.6 ounces. Filled a quart and pint jar.
Creamatic is not done drying yet. Should be ready for trimming this weekend. Haze has stopped swelling. And she isnt drinking much anymore. She has massive rock hard buds everywhere. Really a beautiful plant. I smell oranges and skunk out of her. I think she is probably still at least a full week away. No red trichomes yet that I can see. Fan leaves all dying back but not much color in sugar leaves yet. Gonna let her keep going until she is perfect. Critical taking on that Christmas tree shape nicely. I never topped her because I wanted to see how she would grow naturally. I did however top the Special #1. And she is going to be obscene. 8 cola's all stacking with buds on a 20 inch stalk. She really stacked on pistols at all bud sites. Smells of skunk heavily. That plant is going to be huge. Will try a sample off of the Creamatic this weekend once she is dry. Will post more then. She Is an easy plant to grow. I did some lst on her once she began to stretch. Just pulled the main stem over to allow more sunlight to the lower branches. Give this strain a try. Worked out well for me. Nice yield on the second plant I have ever grown.
Saturday evening Haze update. I can't stop trying her. The high is so good. So cerebral. Just tripping out. Amazing strain. Grow it.
Saturday night update 2. Incredible euphoria with no body buzz at all and no paranoia. Incredible plant.
Haze finished this week. She is the dark. Will be chopped on Saturday. She should yield well over 2 ounces dry. Beautiful plant. Hope she smokes as well as she looks. Critical and Special are both done stretching. Critical is just now really starting to stack pistols. It's gonna be close for her before the first frost here. Special is just a gorgeous plant. 8 perfect 20 inch colas on her. Will update the haze harvest after she is dry. The creamatic is still quite harsh. Tried another sample yesterday. She needs to cure a bit more. All is going well my friends. Happy growing!
Creamatic is much better this week after 2 weeks of curing. I still wouldnt say it is a good tasting smoke. But it does work. Haze is nowhere near dry yet. She still smells like oranges to me. I know the strain is supposed to be lemony. So citrus smell would be normal. Had 3 days near 100 degrees F this week. I think that has really sent the Special #1 into overdrive. She is amazing. FROSTY as hell and maturing very quickly now. Maybe 3 more weeks for her? Critical continues to be a slow bloomer here. She is a pretty plant shape wise. Looks like a Christmas tree. But not really stacking on any mass yet. We'll see how she does over the next month. All is good. Happy growing my friends.
Moved the special up to my deck the last 2 weeks to try to stop her from getting stolen. She is beautiful. Trichomes still clear on her. And I think she will swell a little more. Not sure when to stop feeding her. Gonna push through till the end. Critical is starting to stack some buds now. Still not very impressive to me. Well see. Haze is just about dry. Gonna trim her tomorrow night and try a sample then. Creamatic is much better this week. Starting to lose its overpowering earthy smell. All is good. Happy growing my friends!

Critical starting to take off now. First frost is 3 weeks off here. Could be harvesting her early. Well see. Special 1 is really starting to bulk up know. I defoliated her hard as we are getting towards the end. Want try to get a little more sun into her. Trichomes about 25% cloudy. She should finish up right on time. Both haze and creamatic are very good to smoke now. Very different on the head. I prefer the haze. But both do the job. A little sad to be coming to the end of this grow. Really enjoyed it. Will do it again next summer for sure. Happy growing friends!
Sorry I missed last week. Was on a cruise and couldn't update. A neighbor took care of my girls and they look amazing this week. Special 1 is almost done. She really swelled the past 2 weeks. Trichomes are all cloudy. No red showing up yet. Maybe one more week for this beautiful plant. Critical is finally starting to look tasty. She swelled a lot. But her buds are not hard. Very light. She is extremely frosty though. And smells like classic 80's skunk. Maybe 3 more weeks for the critical. First frost is due in 2 weeks. So she may get harvested early. Haze is an amazing buzz. Euphoric and uplifting. Cream is much tastier now with a balanced buzz. Happy growing friends!!
Special 1 is done. Into the dark room for 48 hours with her She is a beautiful plant. 10% red trichomes. Pistols all red. Just gorgeous and huge. I am guessing close to a half pound dry. Well see. Critical is fattening up. But she has much more fluffy buds than any of the other plants I grew this year. Maybe 2 to 3 weeks for her to finish. Amazing grow year this year. She was topped twice at 3 and 6 weeks. Got the same fertilizer as the rest of my garden 10-10-10 cheap garden fertilizer. 10 gallon bag. Special 1 lives up to her name as far as growing goes. A beast. With rock hard nugs and the smell of skunk/citrus. Will update more once dried and sampled. Ended up with 5.2 ounces dry from her. Filled 2 half gallon and one pint jar of popcorn buds. Buzz is strong. If this is 18% I don't know anything. Relaxing. Balanced buzz. Awesome plant!
Critical is done. She really finished up quick this past week. Into the dark for 48 hours for her. Been pretty cold at night. High 30's F. Special 1 is not dry yet. Maybe another week to trim her. I am going to run out of space in my grow room.
This concludes this year's grow. First time I have ever done it and I ended up with a ton. Can't wait for next spring to start it all over again.
Anyone can do this. Treated my plants identical to my tomato plants. They got cheap 10-10-10 fertilizer and plenty of tap water. I did nothing special at all and the results are great.

She was the only plant I left all natural. Did nothing to her except stick the seed in a 10 gallon bag, water and fertilize her. She ended up over 7 feet tall. But her buds are the fluffiest of any of the plants I grew this year. She has a classic skunk smell though. I did find bud rot on one top. Cut it and threw it away. Also found a cocoon of some kind while looking her over l. Cut that off and trashed it as well. Will update more once she is dry and trimmed. Ended up with 4.1 ounces dry from her. She is a heady buzz. With some couch lock after an hour or so. Thanks for looking everyone. Happy growing!
