If you have a different area to isolate the plant sure. If you only have one grow space, it's WAY to early and will infect all others. So It needs removed YESTERDAY.
If this were to happen week 6 or 7 in flower then sure it's to late to bother anything but being so early it will ruin the entire crop.
You could possible take the plant outside and at a different location to allow it to grow and get seeds for next year.
But I wouldn't fool with it, seems like the genetics are unstable.
But it could of been from environmental conditions and stress. But good genetics won't herm, thus leading back to bad genetics.
I would destroy it or take it to other side of town and plant it in a hidden spot with plenty of light.
