Next time, can i suggest the paper towel method. Drop a bean in water for a day until it sinks. Then put it between some paper towels and put that in a ziploc or some sort of sealable type container.
Stick it in a closet with no light or little, just be above 75° or so. In 2 - 3 days, if that seed didn't bust out and have a taproot, it's a dud.
Takes all the guessing out of this. Now granted, some seeds do need help busting the shell sometimes. But that's for another day. Try that, you'll be much happier seeing that and knowing it's alive and it's all you at that point.
Im looking at these pics, definitely something is amiss. They look like some overwatering and maybe not enough heat and humidity? Air circulation too. They look pretty rough for starters, they look like about the first 3 days after sprout. They are 2-3 weeks? That's not good I'm afraid. I'm not sure you're going to get much out of there with that much time lapsed. Good luck guy, i hope they get perky.
