Mimosa Cake Auto - First grow - Autopots

Nearly 10mm growth in height each day for the first week since sprouting: - Day 1: 20mm tall - Day 2: 33mm tall - Day 3: 41mm tall - Day 4: 51mm tall - Day 5: 56mm tall - Day 6: 61mm tall - Day 7: 60mm tall x 68mm wide It slowed down the increase in height and started getting wider towards the end of the first week.

Second node developing this week, third starting towards the end of this 2nd week since sprouting. Only a small increase in height but lots of width: Day 14 - 80mm tall, first node is 150mm wide, second node is 190mm, third node is 80mm I think I over watered this. I did not record exactly how much but I was watering a bit every morning and evening and never let it dry out. Lowered my lights to about 450mm. Increased my circulation fan and extract fan on times on day 13, trying to encourage a bit more drying out of the medium.

Lots of growth this week and switched on my autopot on on day 18. This was the same day that the plant was as wide as the container so I was hoping that the roots were well established enough for auto watering from the bottom. Mostly grew in width but also the 5th and 6th nodes are doing well and adding to the height.

Added a cheap AliExpress LED panel to the side. 🤷🏻 Day 22 - My first try at a little bit of tucking, in an attempt to get more light to some of the lower growth. D23 - 17cm tall, upper leaves growing quickly D24 - 20cm tall, pistils showing. Getting very bushy, hopefully big stretch in height soon. Raised lights by about 100mm, hoping to encourage some height. D25 - 21cm tall D26 - 24cm tall D27 - 24.5cm tall D28 - 28.5cm tall

Started flowering this week and switched to a HPS bulb in my main light. D29 - 28.5cm tall D30 - 28.5cm tall. Tucking larger leaves every day D31 - 29.5cm tall. Switched to HPS D32 - 31cm tall D33 - 31cm tall D34 D35 - 32cm tall. Reducing light height by about 75mm
