Increase your light to 100%. Keep at the same distance depending on your temps it will not burn it. 100watt is not a massive amount of power though I love the fact your starting out growing welcome to the community and welcome to free weed every few months hehe I have loads of advice for you buddy. okay light is a really big thing outside the seedling stage and asalong as its hung at the correct distance you can much tighter internode spacing meaning that there is less space between each branch more branches means more bud. further to that one thing i wish i knew before i started over like 10 years ago is how important proper air exchange is and how having negative pressure in a grow area can positively effect your plant health. further to this i can see you have got an ait pot this is very very good :) i use a 60/40 coco mix and fabric pots for this reason. getting oxygen to the root zone is very important too. now medium is something you haveto be careful with. if you use soil you haveto keep in mind there are many bugs and noasties that live in soil some are really good but a lot are really bad too. so knowing whats in your soil is key. not just for bugs for mold spores and more importantly nutrients in most soils there are a varied amount of nutrients already in there so adding your own can often throw your readings off and cause problems. using coco you don't get these problems as the medium is inert and has no ph value therefore you can control the plants nutrition a lot more precisely obviously you have looked this up as you are growing in coco. anyway if you have anymore questions regarding your journey just hit up my dm I'm always happy to help buddy and love chatting about growing :)
