I wanted to top this plant but it had a slow start and seems weak. It would have been my first topped auto, but I chickened out and opted for aggressive LST instead. I gave it its first dose of nutrients, a local 3-3-3. I also dug some deep holes about 2 inches from the stem and spread about 2 teaspoons mycorrhiza.

Having the same experience with photo mimosa. Took longer then my other seeds to germinate, growing super slowly and already developing yellow colours on the seedling leaves. I will cut back on water a little bit to see if she starts to work faster then. Looking forwards to see how your auto is doing the following weeks 🙏

@amer47, I'm not too fussed about size and yield with this one so I'll just keep growing it, unless it shows real signs of trouble. Yellowing of cotyledons indicates a nutrient deficiency. Are you growing in soil or another medium?
