Germ 1 (5/6)
- Soak seeds for 18 hours in shot glass
Germ 2 (5/7)
- Move seeds to cotton makeup pads in a ziploc bag
Germ 3 (5/8)
- Seed 1 is germinated and moved into a standard 1 gallon flower pot
Germ 4 (5/9)
- Seed 2 has popped out of seed and its rooted were somewhat attached to the cotton pad
- Damage may have occurred when removing it from the pad
- It's moved into a 3 gallon fabric pot
Day 1 (5/10)
- Seedlings pops up
- Plastic bottle used as humidity dome
Day 3 (5/12)
- Humidity dome removed
- Fan added
- Light lowered due to plant stretching (Likely due to obstruction from the humidity dome)
Day 4 (5/13)
- Fan redirected due to signs of wind burn
Day 6 (5/15)
- Started adding Dyna-Gro Liquid Grow mixed at 1/2 tsp per gallon
- Switched from tap water to RO water
- Raised lights up a few inches to ~12"-15"
Day 7 (5/16)
- Growth appears stunted overnight
- Going to ease off the watering for the day except for maybe some light misting
- Lowered the lights back down to ~10-14" as the seedlings are reaching toward the lights again.
- Leaves began to show signs of Magnesium deficiency (turning yellow between the veins). This is likely due to the switch to RO water coupled with the coco mix I am using (FF Coco Loco).
- I didn't want to overwater my plant so I lightly misted the surface of the soil and foliar fed Botanicare Cal-Mag Plus.
Day 8 (5/17)
- Started adding Cal-Mag Plus.
- Bought a pH tester. It revealed that my pH in tap water was too high at 7.0 and too low in the RO water at 5.3.
- Added ~600ml to the 3 gallon pot.
- Raised the 1 gallon pot so that the canopy levels of the two plants were even.
Day 11 (5/20)
- Added ~600ml to both pots
- Topped both plants
Day 13 (5/22)
- Started LST on plant in 1 gallon pot
Day 14 (5/23)
- Added ~1.2l (6.3 pH) to the 3 gallon fabric pot. This was likely too much but I lost track of how much I was pouring
- Added ~750ml (6.3 pH) to the 1 gallon pot
- Noticing some significant curling (up and down) to leaves on both plants. My best guess is heat and/or light burn
- The leaves also look dark green which is a sign of nitrogen toxicity but it may appear this way due to the camera's color adjustment
Day 15 (5/24)
- Accidentally broke off one of the lower nodes in the 1 gallon pot while trying to get in and tie down another node
Day 16 (5/25)
- Pruned bottom leaves from the 3 gallon pot. They were displaying issues of nutrient deficiency
Day 17 (5/26)
- Added ~1l to the 3 gallon fabric pot
- Added ~1l to the 1 gallon pot
- Accidentally broke off another node from the 1 gallon pot while trying to low stress train
Day 18 (5/27)
- Added a second light
Day 19 (5/28)
- Defoliated & LST
- The 1 gallon pot is showing signs of flowering
- Added ~1l to the 3 gallon fabric pot
Day 20 (5/29)
- Defoliated, LST, and lollipopped
- Added ~500ml to the 3 gallon fabric pot
- Added ~1l to the 1 gallon pot
Day 21 (5/30)
- Defoliated, LST, and lollipopped
Day 22 (5/31)
- Defoliated, LST, and lollipopped
- Added ~2l to the 3 gallon fabric pot
- Added ~1l to the 1 gallon pot
Day 24 (6/2)
- Defoliated, LST, and lollipopped
Day 25 (6/3)
- Light defoliation and LST on the plant in the 1 gallon pot
- Added 1l to the 1 gallon pot
- Added 2l to the 3 gallon pot
- The 3 gallon pot has pretty even canopy but doesn't look extremely health. I'm going to hold off touching this plant again for a bit.
Day 26 (6/4)
- Defoliated 2 leaves from the 1 gallon pot
- Raised lights up because of vertical growth
Day 27 (6/5)
- Added 2l to the 1 gallon pot
- Large defoliation from the 1 gallon pot
Day 28 (6/6)
- Added 2l to the 3 gallon pot
- Large defoliation from the 1 gallon pot
Day 29 (6/7)
- Added 1l to the 1 gallon pot
Day 30 (6/8)
- Medium defoliation from the 1 gallon pot
- Lollipopped the 3 gallon pot
- Added 1l to the 1 gallon pot
- Added 1l to the 3 gallon pot
Day 32 (6/10)
- Added 1l to the 1 gallon pot
- Added 2.25l to the 3 gallon pot
Day 34 (6/12)
- Added 1.5l to the 1 gallon pot
- Added 1.5l to the 3 gallon pot
Day 35 (6/13)

- Added 1l to the 3 gallon pot
Day 32 (6/10)
- Added 1l to the 1 gallon pot
- Added 2.25l to the 3 gallon pot
Day 34 (6/12)
- Added 1.5l to the 1 gallon pot
- Added 1.5l to the 3 gallon pot
- Medium defoliation on the 1 gallon pot
Day 35 (6/13)

- Added 1l to the 3 gallon pot
- Noticing what appears to be potassium deficiency in the 1 gallon pot
Day 36 (6/14)
- Added 1l to the 1 gallon pot
- Added 1l to the 3 gallon pot
- Nutrient deficiency is getting worse in the 1 gallon pot. Maybe it's root bound?
Day 39 (6/17)
- Added 2l to the 1 gallon pot
- Added 2l to the 3 gallon pot
- Nutrient deficiency continues to get worse in the 1 gallon pot
- Leaves are drooping in the 3 gallon pot
- Thinking heat stress could be the cause of both but have also found what I'm hoping are soil mites on the 1 gallon pot
Day 40 (6/18)
- Added 1l to the 1 gallon pot
- Added 1l to the 3 gallon pot
- Nutrient deficiency continues to get worse in the 1 gallon pot
- Found what appears to be a thrip on the 1 gallon plant
- If thrips are going to take down the plant, I figured it might be worth a shot to combat with a heavy defoliation on the 1 gallon pot
