I soak my seeds in water until they sink to the bottom showing that they have soaked up enough water. Then I plant directly into the soil. Auto flowers I always plant directly into theirs forever home we will be using a 7 gallon pot. we are going with Gaia green and worm castings for our nutrients this run.
