This week the first pistils popped up. So I started to add biobloom. On one day of the week she was showing symptoms of heatstress as it was 32°C. But she is growing well.
The temperature crashed down this week from 30°C to 20°C. But the plant is growing well. Only in the cold night where the temperature was going under 10°C I took her inside my apartment.
The plant is growing well, no problems this week. The days becoming shorter and the temperature is getting colder, so I hope I can finish her outdoor. In the nights it is to cold outside, so overnight she is in my living room. The smell is very sweet and intensiv now.
The plant was not much growing this week. The first half of the week the weather was very cloudy and rainy, so I had her inside my living room behind the glass of my big window to my balcony. In the second half the sun showed up and it was a little bit warmer. Looks like this harvest will not so big as the last one. But this is normal for this time. It's October now and the days are much shorter as in the summer and the temperature is colder. It's my last outdoor auto plant this year, I will finish her with the sun, coz in my growtent I already started a new plant. So I hope for some good weather for the next weeks.
This week the weather was better as in the last, only one rainy day where she needed to stay behind the window in my livingroom. On the other day the sun was shining. In the nights it is to cold, so overnight she is in my living room. There is no growing anymore she is only ripening. The most trichomes are milky and the pistils started to get brown. The smell is very intensiv now. The next week I will stop to give her nutrition, only water to speed up the ripening a little bit. From now on it is just waiting that she is ready to harvest, I think around 10 days from now on. Maybe a few less or a few more.
This week is the plant ripened very fast. I think the shorter days now, the cold temperatures and that I stopped to give her nutrients, speeded the ripening up. The trichomes are all milky and a few became amber. Yesterday I stopped watering her and today she will stay in a dark room with no light, tomorrow short before the sunrise I will harvest her. In the next days I will upload the harvest report.
The harvest was on the last day of week 10. Thru the cold weather in the last weeks, the plant has less calyxes as normally, but more sugarleafes with much frost and resin as usual. So I decide to let the sugarleafes on the plant and not to trim them away. Normally I trim very accurate, but this time I did like this to have enough material to smoke until my next harvest. Normally I make butter from the sugarleafes and popcorn buds. So sorry for my bad trimming this time, but I think you guys can understand it. As I was empting the pot with the soil, I found an alien like creature in it😂. You can see it in the pics. I named it Frank, I put him on the top of my compost. He was feeling well there and digged himself into it. So he is living well in his new home.
Update: After 6 days of drying the buds are ready for curing now.
It's really hard to make a good picture of the buds. There is so much frost and resin that it's only looking white on the pictures.
I smoked one off the small buds yesterday. This weed is very potent. The turn is very nice and strong. But if you have something to do, don't smoke this weed before, coz you will definitely not do it anymore😂. It's really narcotic.
The taste is great, but it's different as on the other tropicanna poison plants I had before. It was the first time I had a green one, before they all was purple. This one have a very cheesy taste, but with a little bit sweet on it. Not this tropical fruity taste like the purple plants had.
