Northern Lights automatic Week 2

My plants are now at week 2 and they are outoor 24/7. In the first week I took them inside over the night. I had 2 more seed, but I think i drowned them, because the soil was still completely wet in week 2 and the plants never grew. I water them every 1-2 days and each one gets about 150-200ml of water I keep outside in a plastic bottle. I always made sure for them to get as much sun as possible. I'm just wondering, if I did everything right and if my plants look healthy, or if you have any advice for me. Anything helps, because I am a total newbie. Thank you very much ^^
