This week I discovered brown spots and yellowing, mostly between the leaf veins, of the downer leafs on all three plants. After some research I think it’s a magnesium deficiency since I haven’t given any calmag and the tap water in my city has very little magnesium. I went to my local grow shop and bought calmag, Bio grow and bio bloom all from Biobizz. I have been giving double dosage of calmag and I hope this helps. The plants are growing really well all in all :)
I love that I came by your page, I really like what I see!. If you have time to spare, please come over I have 5 diaries going on at once. Would be fun to have you over! Good luck with everything and I’m sending my best wishes for you and your future grows! /LST 😃🌱
Suspiciously wide leaflets for what is supposed to be a strongly sativa-dominant strain 😏 But then most photos on the seller's website show a similar trait, and the description says that it's Sativa 65% / Indica 35%, while other breeders advertise their variants of this auto strain as up to 90% sativa. My Buddha Seeds one has very thin leaflets, textbook sativa in this regard.
Would be curious to know the subjective effect of the smoke when fully cured :) Enjoy growing!
@WindowsillGrower, That's true, sure, let's see how they turn out! I don't really know if genetics can influence width of early veg leaflets differently from width of mature fan leaflets. Or even if the leaflet width can be affected independently of cannabinoid / terpene profile which affects the high.
I have almost no experience to tell yet, just observed that even these late week 4 leaflets look quite chunky :)
@tangie, yes true but usually the earlier leaves are wider and the later leaves in flower are thinner right?
I’m Very curious about the smoke too. I hope the experience reports on this strain are truthful and it really has effects like a real sativa :)
