GG Auto, Organic Amended Coco

Early this week she was looking a bit frumpy and I notice she wasn't growing with much vigor. Near the top of the highest colas I noticed the tips of fan leaves were browning. Over the next day the browning tips spread and some yellowing started. Since I had already topdressed last week, I decide to check the runoff. The runoff was pretty low so I double checked the ”hydro mix” I use and found that there is a lot of peat moss mixed with the Coco coir. Maybe the lime in the mix has been exhausted? I decided to top dress with 3 tablespoons of dolomite lime and watered it in. I used a granular dolomite lime that's supposed to be somewhat fast acting and is supposed to bread down quickly into extremely fine particles. We'll see As of today she's doing much better and has had noticeable growth since yesterday. I'm not sure if the lime helped sweeten the mix already or if the top dressing has worked in. I'll just keep an eye on here Check back for more updates 😁
