Runtz - Eternity Grow Cup 2025

01/03/25: My kit was delivered today. I am running the Feminized photoperiod option. I immediately tossed all 5 seeds in a glass of distilled water. I will leave them in the water for 24 hours before moving them to a paper towel, where they will sit inside a plastic bag on an AC Infinity heating mat in a dark room until popped. I am hopping to get 4 successful germination, as I want to run 4 plants. Immediately after tossing the seeds in the water, 2 of them sunk to the bottom of the glass. When i have seen this before, the seed never popped. However, 1 of the sunken seeds floated back to the top within a a couple of minutes. I am hoping that is a good sign. I will update this with germination rates in a couple of days. 01/04/25: Today all 5 had floated to the top. Tapping them caused them to sink, indicating that they were all soaked in water. I dumped all the seeds into a paper towel, covered in distilled water, and put them in a ziplock bag and inside a drawer with a heat mat in it. Id expect that the ones that are going to pop will be ready to go into some peat cubes tomorrow.
