Dropped five seeds a finger tip deep into soil and sprayed a little bit of water once in a while. Switched to 250W since plant outgrew the 2x55W CFL Reflector company recommends distance from lamp to plant to about 30cm but that might be too close ... raising to about 50 so the plants can grow into the lamp Plants are happy after increasing nutrients to 1 EC

Defoliated everything that hid a top from the lamp Watered with neemoil again and the floor was filled up with dead fungus gnats(?) at the end of the week - best to use neemoil right after repotting!
