just got the seed, tommorow we are gonna germinate that baby. first time growing, wish me luck and feel free to leave any tips ;) this is a pretty basic set up,im aware of that (may even be considered insuficient),yet i didnt have the option to go overkill, its a 2-man op. we use a closet as a grow room, which makes me anxious that we might get some mold. the walls got wrapped in tin foil in order to make them more reflective and use as much light as we can. temp in the closet is 23 celsius,60% humidity. when they stick their heads out im gonna show you how they look like i guess, till then see ya! Edit: They sprouted! I was skeptical tbh since I read somebad reviews but mine did good as it seems. One thing to note is that one of them seems kinda droopy and doesn't seem to try to reach out light source. We placed some books and got him closer to the lamp. Soon we are gonna transplant to larger pots.

hey,so our seedlings got a transplant today from their peat pellets to 10 lt pots. we cleaned off almost all the soil for their pellets leaving only a small ball of soil near their root. our seedlings had grown a little bit tall so we planted them kinda deeper (they were almost 13cm tall and had started to kinda lean over so we guessed that it would be a good idea to plant them deeper, probably stronger roots and the plant will be able to support itself). we placed them a lot closer to the lamp,20cm aprox. also we did water the soil differently to each plant, one got buried while the soil was completely dry and then watered and for her sister we mixed the soil with wter first and then planted her in. now we are just waiting for their leaves to grow bigger. soon ill add more photos, hope they take the transplant shock well since they are kinda young. we used a bio bizz all mix for them,i have read really good reviews regarding root growth for this soil. EDIT: They seem to be fine, they continued growing after the transplant and the left one has spread her serrated leaves a bit more then the right one (she was slower from the start to be honest). Next update is going to be probably in Sunday 21/11/2019.

our plants have kept growing strong. day 17 from seed and they seem pretty good. the 2nd girl seems kinda droppy,as i have mentioned before she is kinda weak but if she keeps being like that we are gonna give her some support to be able to hold her wight,we won't let her die. we incresed our biobizz bio grow intake to 1 ml per 1.5 litres (it is not the recommended dose but we dont want to have to deal with possible overfeedings so we play it safe). The first girl is still growing strong and nice, her soil was kinda dry so we gave her a good amount of water and we plan on leaving her like this for some days. Expecting wonders next week,we are probably going to witness her second node. I will probably update you next week, peace out. Edit: I attended them today and I got to say I was amazed by what they have done. Both of them grew out of their first node, fromed their second one and are starting to make a third one!!! We built a support for the weak one so she can focus on growing and doesn't have to worry about supporting her weight. Hope this will help her out. We also lowered them a bit so they can get more light from the lamp. We tied the fan up on the closet to provide both of them with air. I keep saying I will update next week but when I get to them they seem to be making really good progress, especially the 1st girl.

So we are in week 4. For this week (or the next 2-3 waterings) we will use plain water just to flush out any nutes building up since we dont do runoffs. Left girl is still strong,as you can see her second node is done and she is building towards the third node. Right one trying to keep up and since we gave her some support she now seems more strong than before. I also noticed a tiny brown spot on one leaf, which makes me worried, maybe it is a calcium deficit. We will see if they need anything, soon we are gonna test our ph in soil and water just to make sure it isnt causing it. If they ph is fine i think imma go ahead and grab a cal mag. Edit: Some days earlier we found 2 bugs munching on one leaf, killed them and now we hope we dont find any of these again. Also the second plant, the droopy one seemed to have loved her support, she can now not only hold herself up but also seems to have bigger leaves then her sister! Currently still feeding with water only and on sunday we will probably attempt topping or fimming since they will probably be building up to their 6th node. They seem fantastic overall, next update coming on sunday.

Fifth week just started and we topped our girls. After tons of research we opted in for topping and some lst tie down later on since we do not have that much space. We topped at the 4th node with a clean sterilized razor blade.

Hey there, our girls seem to have recovered from their topping and everything seems to be going ok,their auxilary stems have grown out and are now looking for light. We have encountered some issues though, one being that yellow/dry edge you see on the pics (which might have been caused because some warm air hit them the other day because i switched on a fan to warm up the room a bit and some air hit them) and the other being some fungus gnats that we see flying around in the room. Soon ill install a fly trap and/or spray with neem if needed.

Hey,if you check the commented pics on week 6 you'll notice some light browning/yellowing on the leaves. Would you take a good guess on what it is? FYI i used a fan to blow in some hot air and some of the leaves got exposed and overfed them a bit (bio bizz, bio grow,2ml in 1,5lt).

I don't see any signs of a nutrient burn from overfeeding. Looks like a little light of heat burn. I assume it's not the lights if you are running fluorescents. If you blew hot air on her then this is what caused it. Sounds like you noticed the issue quickly and corrected it. Good luck with the rest of your grow!

hey, paid those girls a visit today, they are doing really good! One thing to note is that there is a difference between them in the way they grow, one of them is short and bushy and the other tall,i thought the bushy one was just left behind her sister but thats far from the truth, she just grows differently. Whats up witht that barneys? Am i getting a 100% sativa and a mixed one here? Did perform some lst for them, nothing ground breaking,i am just trying to get more light to the auxilaries growing underneath. The yellowing on the leaves stopped so i gave them some more of the bio bizz bio grow. Must have been a nute burn to be honest, never making that mistake again. There is a weak but pleasant smell coming from them, like a really fresh and pungent spice, almost peppery :P i dont think ill update soon, see you next time and a happy new year growers.

Week 8 started 2 days ago, couldnt update. They have really done it this time, after some nutrient feedings they have kept going steady. We have some problems with one of them though. As you can see in the pics her leaves are kinda curling inwards and some of them are seemingly dead, they give off some moisture but they are greyish, extremely tender and totally droopy. We did some lst in case she was not getting light down there because she is kinda bushy, unlike her sister. we will also give some lst to the other plant in hopes of getting a better yield. Overall we are in a good state.

what is this greyish color on the 2nd plant leaves? they also seem kinda droopy. night air temp is 15 c,but her sister is fine with that. the 150 cfl might be a cause, she is kinda bushy so not much light reaches her inner leaves.

it doesn't like LST apparently.might be N toxic as well but it doesnt seem to be serious.I don't think it is overwatered,it is just a fussy plant, just like most of the sativas out there.don't give too much bio grow to it and everything is fine.I have a plant running with same thing,it is a sativa too.this is because of its genetics.some seeds sprout different.

This is our last week of veg,we did some light lst again and some defoliation on the right girls' dead leaves. Also we gave them both a more generous feed with some runoff to prevent build up. Next week we are gonna be rolling into flowering.

Flowering has begun for these girls. We got two 20watt LEDs on the warm spectrum. They received a feeding today, after almost a week of being fed with some runoff, with top max and bio bloom (gonna keep a close eye to see how they like it). We also noticed small white hairs, probably kinda visible in the ''macro'' shot. Only problem is high humidity,we installed some dehumidifiers. Oh and the cat ate some leaves, she is fine, all of them are fine.

Fun week! We spotted a few future bud sites and now we spotted even more! The light cycle is now changed to 13-11 because we wanted to speed up the process a tad and also we read that sativa's tend to like that. Some light defoliation too to help those girls give more energy to their top colas. They haven't stretched as much as we expected but it's something. EDIT: We performed some hst mid-week on early flowering. We bent a total of 4 branches. We taped one branch a bit because we wanted it to have some support in recovering since it was a bit more ''snapped'' than the other ones (not in the pics, will take pics on their recovery).

Week 12 just started and along with it some more defoliation. Also we did some lst on the right plant to allow more light to those bud sites. Last week's hst seems good and now we got some more bud sites coming from one branch. We follow a 3rd nute feeding system so this time it's gonna be nutes. They are doing just fine, looking forward to see them grow more!

Last major defol for our girls, buds sites have been going strong! We started the week with no nutes and the next three feedings will be with nutes. During the defoliation we removed some fan leaves near the top bud sites but not way too many, primary goal was to allow more air and light reaching the sites.

This week we gave only water to avoid any nutrient complications. There is some browning on the leaves but nothing to worry too much about yet. Other than that the bud sites look beautiful. Enjoy the ''macro'' shots :) We use a 10-14 light schedule since they are sativas.

Bud production is quite visible in the photos, but the fl lamp is clearly not enough to make them grow thick. Appart from that the crystal production is really good and we now give them more nutrients.

Some pistils have started browning, but them buds are still small. Maybe the fl lamp needs to be a bit lowered near the plants. Some weeks ago we had some sort of deficiency but they seem to be ok now.

The bud size is kinda small, probably due to weak lighting. Appart from that everything is normal and the girls are slowly maturing to harvest.

Almost ready for harvest, those buds look frosty! The smell is kinda fruity, can't wait to smoke them. One more week left,we started flushing. Appart from that everything seems good and most mistakes/mishaps didne affect the plants much.
