Then first set of clones( banana split, royal truth, sunset sherbert, purple urkle) have started showing signs of roots. The first 2 cube clones were transplanted to bigger pots. Waiting for the other 2 urkle clones/ banana split and sunset sherbert and another cube are waiting for them to root in peat pellets. The first 2 cube clones and the royal truth are no longer in the humidity dome. I have also topped cube#1.
Kind of experimenting alot with these clones this time. Gonna try to mainline/ manifold. Any suggestions are greatly encouraged and welcomed. This is my 2nd grow with clones off of my first grow. So now that I have a little experience, im a little more confident ☺️
The mainlining has been slow but progressive. The sunset sherbert and banana split, and cubes I have been doing alot of super cropping and topping, attempting to keep them as short as possible
Transplanted a couple plants into a softer medium. Which is mostly coco coir with some added good stuff. I noticed some of soil was so dense that the roots had trouble even growing, which could explain the limited growth since last transplant. Hoping for the best 🙏💚
Happy with the tight flower clusters. Definitely learning from my mistakes from my first grow and planning ahead with this grow. Excited to see if my final outcome is better than my first but with them being clones from the original plants.
Moved these into a smaller tent cuz they fit. Starting to smell decently well
Feb 25th. Defoliated and I feel good about it. Dont think i took too much off and defoliated in a correct manner. We shall see how the girls respond though
Feb 27th. Watered as normal for all 3 of the plants. Added some powdered earthworm castings and powder potassium fertilizer. I believe it's bone meal or blood meal or something. Honestly dont remember. I'm excited about all of the bud sites so far and the tight spacing between the nodes. I believe I have defoliated in a better manner than previously. It's exciting because I feel as if I have corrected/ been able to avoid my mistakes with my last grow which was my first grow ever. These are clones off my first grow so I kinda know how things were at this point before. But nonetheless I've also been completely shocked about what I thought about certain plants at one point and what I thought about them during the harvest and curing process. I have alot to learn but I believe nobody even the highest of professionals will ever stop learning new things when it comes to cannabis 💚
Kinda gettin lazy with this diary. Only got about a week or 2 left till harvest. Plants smell great and look even better. Today 3/21, I did the first flush on the sunset sherbert and banana split. So hopefully inna week or 2 it'll be chop chop. I added a plant from my veg tent, my plant #3 of the dough g strain from ocean grown genetics. I love the shape of the plant and the way this one in particular has been growing and since ive made room in the flowering tent, I was curious as to whether it was a female. If it's male, I plan to weed them out till I get a female💚
@raptor65, thank you! I'm almost half way through flowering the plants these clones originally came from. I have a diary on them too but only started it at the beginning of flowering sadly.
