Just starting off my second grow, had all 4 seeds sprout in Peat Pellets. 2 Gorilla Glue, 2 Blue Dream. I modified some 5 gal storage containers from home depot to use as pots. Filled them up with Organic potting soil and put the peat pellets right in the soil. I'm using 4 1000w equivalent Sunraise LED grow lights and the room has a 4 inch fan vented to the outside.

These guys are growing Fast! The Gorillas are very thick already and have 5 nodes. The Blues are a bit smaller and have 4 nodes. I'm going to top them soon, One Gorilla I will do mainlining, the other I'm going to top at 2 nodes and let all 4 colas grow from there. Same deal for the Blue Dreams.

These guys are growing great so I decided to chop them tonight! One Gorilla I topped at 3rd node for main line, other one I topped at 4th node for 4 cola ( whatever that is called lol). Same deal for the two Blue dreams. Plants look fricking healthy and strong. They love these Sunraise lights.

Plants have recovered well after topping. I cannot believe how fast these Gorillas are growing! they are on roids! They are about twice as big as the Blue Dreams and all plants were sprouted at the same time. I have started LST on the gorillas, one I'm doing main-lining with a plan for 8 main colas, the other I'm going to leave the 4 colas it has now, then top those down the line for 16 main colas. Same for the Blue dreams. My Fert schedule is the same, 1 tsp of Promix per gallon at watering, seems to be working well so I'm just going to keep that up, simple!

Plants are growing well again this week so I decided to do some more topping. The Gorillas are so thick it's hard to see the stems. The one Gorilla I chopped each Mainline branch at 3 nodes and cleaned off node two. Should leave me with 8 main colas. The other Gorilla I chopped each of the 4 colas growing at 3 nodes and cleaned off node 2. Should leave me 16 Main colas on that one. I did the same on the Blue Dream Mainline, but the Blue Dream with 4 colas is not growing very fast so I left it alone this week. I bumped up the Ferts to almost full strength Promix, no signs of burn yet so all is well! Overall I'm happy about how these guys are growing and am super curious as to see what the difference in yield between 8 and 16 main colas will be.

Was away on vacation this week so was excited to come back and see how the girls had done over the week. Great job outta my Mom on watering them lol! The Gorillas were growing like mad again, I posted a pic of one leaf to show how big these leaves are, the full scale pics don't do them justice. The plants look cramped so I chopped some fan leaves off and also topped the Blue Dream that I did not top last week. That one is growing wierd, the colas do not come out symmetrically they seem to be staggered which is odd. Regardless I topped each cola from that one at 3 nodes and cleaned off node 2. No more topping from here on out, just defoliating when needed. The Gorillas are about 12 inches high and the Blue Dreams 10. I'm going to let them each go to 24 inches then start flowering.

Plants seem healthy again this week, seemed to have recovered from their second topping well. I much prefer how the main-lined ones are growing compared to the ones I topped and left 4 trunks. The 8 main colas seem much more manageable than the 16 main colas. The one blue dream must be a bit fucked up genetically as it grows very strangely, very un-symmetrical and wavy, it's a weird one lol. Maybe it will make some awesome bud though lol !?!?!?!. Plants are almost 12 inches now, another 12 and I'll flip them to flower. I'm pretty much done LST now as all the colas are pretty much the same height as is, and I don't want to bother with it anymore lol.

Girls are looking pretty happy and healthy again this week, their about 14 inches high now, up 2 inches from last week. The main-lined ones are definitely growing better than the topped ones, I will be sticking to main-lining from now on. Not much else exciting this week so included some pics of the grow room as I haven't done that yet. Got four 1000w equivalent Sunraise LED grow lights, plants are in 5 gal storage totes with the bottoms drilled out, and have a 4 inch exhaust fan that draws to the outside. I haven't put the carbon filter on yet as not much of a smell right now.

Girls are looking pretty good still. The Gorilla that I topped is growing much slower than the main-lined, it's about 15 inches now opposed to 17 inches for the main-lined one. The wierdo Blue Dream is actually doing great, really filling out and keeping up to the main-lined Blue Dream. I would like to start flowering these soon, but due to smell issues I'm not "allowed" for a couple more weeks lol. Oh well, I'll let them get to 24 inches before we go flower. Happy Growing peeps!

Today will be the last day of Veg for these bitches. I went pretty heavy on the defoliation and switched the lights over to 12/12. Also switched ferts from the promix to some Miracle Grow Bloom. They are between 20-22 inches so we will see what flower time brings. Getting hard to take pics as these are getting big, and having to take pics through my grow glasses is a real fricking pain. Hopefully the smell doesn't get too crazy for a couple weeks or I am going to be in some shit with the wifey lol. Happy growing peeps!

Only been 4 days since I switched the lights to 12/12 but got some time so wanted to do an update. Plants are really shooting up, the two main-lined ones are around 25 inches already while the two ones I just topped are around 20 inches. I have been defoliating daily to try and keep the middle clear for the cola offshoots to grow. I don't do much in the way of ferts, some miracle grow bloom maybe once a week, plants looks healthy as ever, no burn, no deficiencies. The two gorillas and the main-lined blue dream are shooting out lots of pistils already, but the one fucked up blue dream has maybe 3 pistils, that plant is so odd. I've never seen a plant that is as fucked up and un-symmetrical as that one lol. Oh well, we see what comes of her lol. As my little experiment progresses I am becoming more and more convinced that main-lining is definitely the way to go, the main-lined girls are much bigger, and much easier to maintain than just the topped ones. Not much smell as of yet which is good as the wife is fucking on me! Happy Growing Peeps!

Girls are really stretching now, growing about 1 inch per day. The Main-lined ones are about 30 inches, others probably 26 or so. All of them are around 26 inches wide. I am keeping the lights a bit closer at 16 inches to give them a little extra. Lots of pistils on the 3 plants now, old fucky blue dream has a mis-mash of pistils shooting off randomly, that plant kills me, but I love her lol. Still not much of a smell, which is awesome, keeps the wife happy. That's about it for this week! Happy Growing Peeps!!!

Things are still sailing along without issue! I have been steadily defoliating every day or two, trying to make sure all the little bud sights get some light. Pistils are coming out everywhere now, and some leaves are getting frosty. The smell is getting stronger too. The Weirdo has even started to get some more pistils, they are all haphazard, but they are there! They are getting thirsty, have to give them a good shot of water pretty much every day. Keeping the same, easy, Fert routine, just some Miracle grow Bloom once a week. Looking good by my count! Happy Growing Peeps!

Girls are doing well! Not stretching as much as I expected, maybe due to the fact these are about 50% Indica opposed to the higher Sativa Cannabis I grew the last time. They are still up to about 35 inches which is a ways from the 22 inches at start! The Main-Lined Blue Dream is getting real frosty! it's definitely the most frosty of the bunch. The Gorillas are getting frosty too, and good old Fucky Blue dream is chugging along. The smell is getting strong, put some odour neutralisers outside the room and it seems to be working well, it's called ONA gel, it works. No signs of deficiency or anything yet, just sailing along! Happy Growing Peeps!

Things are looking good! All the plants are getting pretty frosty! The weirdo blue dream is also changing to a red/purple color lol. None of the others are changing color at all so not sure if it's some deficiency (which it shouldn't be as all others are fine on the same ferts), or some genetic aberration. I moved the lights down to 12 inches for the last couple weeks of flowering, hoping these buds fatten up quite a bit more in the coming weeks. All good for now! nice to have this hobby while we're on Quarantine here in Canada. Hope Everyone out there is staying safe during these crazy times. Much love guys, stay home and stay safe!!!

Lots of changes happening this week, I think we're about 5 and 1/2 weeks through flower now. Maybe another 2-3 weeks to go! The Weirdo Blue Dream has started to really turn red/purple. Not sure if it's a deficiency or what, still looks healthy so I'm just letting her go, not much point messing around at this stage. The two Gorillas have also started to show some signs of age, some outer leaves are turning yellow and some brown patches are evident. Again, I'm not too worried about it, might be a mag/phos deficiency but they only have to last another 2-3 weeks, and some leaves falling off would be fine. I did switch ferts from the Miracle grow bloom to some plain old Mono-Potassium Phosphate, no need for any N at this stage. The girls are really smelling now, my whole house stinks lol. we tend not to notice as we don't leave the house anymore, but omg, go for a walk and then come back and it hits you good lol. The Blue Dream is looking the most frosty, but the Gorillas are starting to put on more weight. Hopefully will be a good harvest! Happy Growing peeps, and hope everyone is staying safe!

Today marks the start of week 7 of flowering. The main-line blue dream is looking awesome, I have never seen a plant so frosty, it looks crazy. The Main-Line Gorilla is doing well, leaves look good and buds getting bigger by the day. The Weirdo blue dream is really changing to a red/purple color, the buds are pretty small, but pretty frosty like the other blue dream. The topped Gorilla is not doing so well, it's getting brown spots all over which look like shit. I gave it a good haircut and will just wait it out for another week, might harvest that one early if it keep going this way. I think I'm done with ferts, just going to give plain old water from here on out. Hopefully one more week and were done! Happy Growing peeps! hope everyone is doing well in these crazy times.

Well we made it to week 8, I have been checking a few buds under the microscope and seems they are not quite ready yet, only see a few brown trichromes here and there. The Main-Line blue dream is looking good still, super frosty, but am hoping the buds fill out more in the next week. The wierdo blue dream is basically all red/purple, the buds are pretty small, but look nice and frosty like the other blue dream. The Main-Lined Gorilla is looking good as well, buds are getting pretty big, not super frosty, but big. Almost all the leaves are turning yellow on that one, should be ready soon. The buds on the topped Gorilla are really filling out, but to fuel the buds the plant is using up everything from the leaves, they are all covered in brown patches, I still haven't chopped it as there are a ton of white hairs coming out still, but it's getting to the point it should come down. Drives me nuts it goes from totally fine on week 6 to looking like shite on week 7, oh well, hopefully get a bunch of bud off her still. I chopped about 20 grams off her already and have it drying out. Just flushing with water now and hoping they will be done in the next week! Happy Growing all, and hope everyone is well!

At about 8 and 1/2 weeks the Gorilla Main-Line was the first to be ready. The whole plant wasn't quite ready so I chopped it down in stages, the lower portion is still growing. After hanging for 4 days I got a total of 118 Grams (dry wt) off the Main-Lined Gorilla so far. I'm going to wait until the rest comes down to do a harvest post. The Blue Dreams are still going strong, The Main-Lined one looks beautiful with the leaves turning various shades of red/purple/and orange. The Buds are SO frosty and still shooting off lots of white pistils so going to leave that one for a few more days. The Topped Blue dream is a crazy shade of red, the buds are still small and it's not maturing very fast, going to be at least a week or two for that one. The Topped Gorilla is looking better, The leaves have pretty much stopped turning brown which is good and the buds are still shooting off tons of new white pistils. I checked that one on the microscope and still has a ways to go. I'm looking forward to getting all these girls down and seeing what we got! Happy Growing peeps! and Hope Everyone is doing alright during this Covid BS!

The Gorilla Main-Line has finished drying out! Got 135 Grams (4.82oz) dry wt off this lady! Despite the lack of frost compared to the Blue Dreams she is Strong! little bit harsh of a smoke as it hasn't cured yet, but still fricking good. got some fuity taste to her and a lovely high, makes me sleepy AF, but that's what I like lol. I haven't finished drying the other Gorilla yet so will update this post once I get some numbers from the other one. *Topped gorilla also had almost 5oz (4.57oz, 128g). Total of 9.4oz for the two plants. At 700w of lighting that's 0.4g/watt. Happy Growing to Everyone! and thanks to those that followed my Diary! Hope everyone is staying safe! I should have an update for the Blue Dreams soon!

Well we're on week 10, going on week 11 and the Main-Line blue Dream STILL isn't done. The weirdo blue dream had a few chroms turning Amber so I chopped her down at week 10. She's hanging up now. The Main-Line though is still going! I chopped about 20 grams off the top and still mostly clear/cloudy trichromes, she's got lots of white pistils still coming out so I'm going to let her go until the full 11 weeks then chop. She has some of the best looking buds I've ever seen in terms of frost, and all the buds are turning an awesome shade of purple. Can't wait for her to be done! Happy Growing and stay safe peeps!

The main-lined blue dream has been my favourite plant yet, lots of dense buds, super fricking frosty, and easy to grow. The buds looks amazing with tones of purple throughout, and what a nice high, super happy, super relaxing, just what I need lol.
