I would certainly amend your soil pH, first and foremost most👍. When you're running low #'s it can somewhat lock out the certian nutrients that promote growth and bloom (Potassium, Phosphorus and call mag). If you're able to get the pH up to 6.2ish, this would be ideal for that P/Cal take up (I also suggest more potassium and to never fully cut your Nitrogen. Phosphorus/Cal is where it's at, though). She's still in her stretch stage and growing, so there is more then enough time to promote growth and get her larger in height and bushiness before the stretch is over👌when the soil imbalance has been rectified, all will be well and she will get larger and push pistils at a much quicker pace with, hopefully, noticable bud mass getting more and more swollen.
