I think i've found out how to stop bug flies from forming and lay eggs. put a small layer of coffee grounds on the top of the soil. They seem to dislike that and now i'm completely bug free.
@GreenBeanGrowMachine, i can only germinate them in jiffy pallets, it's easier to put them into an container and on the radiator, so that they have perfect humidity (80%) and temperature (25C)
