Germination started 01/17/2020 at 9:00pm. Seeds submerged in a small sealed glass for 24 hours. Then moved to wet paper towels in a clear bag placed in a dark warm place. Moved to Fox farms ocean soil with a 40% mix of perlite on 01/21/2020 at 2:00pm. Total germinating time is about 4 days. Added Root Magic Mycorrhizal to top soil with light water, and planted about 1/3 of an inch down. Placed under humidity tents under 12 hrs of light as a few other plants finish up flower. Will be switching to 18 hours of light once they finish.
Plants are looking great, Do you plan on doing any techniques? I super cropped mine this time or others call it mainlining, Zkittlez from fastbuds has exploded in growth since I did this. Check my diaries out if you get a chance. Happy growing
@Bashgrowsitall1989, Only LST, and I may top once depending on on growth by 3-4 weeks. I've done a lot of mainlining with Photoperiods. Not something I'd recommend on an auto mainly because they'll struggle to recover, nor do I think there will even be time to get it done. My Acapulco gold mother plant was in veg for over 16 weeks to get a nice mainline spread with 16 colas. Past experience with these genetics is some heavy LST and proper defoliation, coupled with keeping the canopy spread and the nutes dialed in is the golden recipe!
When she start flowering start dropping that light. An inch or so every week. Give her plenty of Cal Mag. I didn't use any Cal Mag. Until she was magnesium deficient. Could have had a better grow if I paid attention. Good luck.
@kingcola384, Thanks for the advice! I was lucky to get near 1/2 per plant (3 plants) dried from Fastbuds pineapple express! I actually dial in my lights via meter to make sure they're getting the proper footprint at all times from veg to harvest. In my experience with these genetics your totally right. They need more than usual Calmag that photoperiods but about half the nitro (give or take). Very particular, but also very "vocal" in terms of showing what they want/need!
