Abandoned the Hydroponic grow as the stem broke under the rocks. Need more knowledge on how to germinate before placing in Hydro setup. Coco plants are doing great!

This week I did not water with enough frequency, and unintentionally went 5 days without watering. The plants appear a bit stressed. A firm schedule will be set for watering every 3 days.

Lots of action this week and major growth. I performed LST early this week which seems to have gone well (I was very nervous). It had great results :-) Starting mid-week, I have added FloraNova Bloom for the mid-week feeding and will keep using both Grow and Bloom for one more week before moving to Bloom only. I am now generally feeding every 2 days ie every other day. At the end of the week, I notice a few defects on plant 1 (left) and I have included close ups. I would greatly appreciate any feedback as to what might be the cause of these issues, and if they are concerning. After doing some reading, I am leaving lights at 18-6. I had initially planned to change to 12-12 when flowering started. Please let me know your thoughts in the comments. To answer a question, the daily photos come from a Wyze cam (magnetic mount is great for the tent), and the direct photos of leaf issues are taken with my iPhone closeup. Thanks for your comments and advice!

I am trying to determine the cause of damage to a few leaves that was observed this week. It may be two different problems. On a few leaves, I see brown spots which may have originally been white. On another 2 leaves, I see a burn hole through the leaves with brown edges.
Solved

on the 5th and 6th pic looks like Caterpillars & Inchworms damage ,this can happen while LST too , when you drag somepart ,the Leaves get damged very easily, as for the first pics look like some nut. burn , when i get some of the nut.water on leaves(drops) they get burned , so cheak under leaves or on stem for bugs :D nice Cameras u got there, looks very cool, i love how you can watch them everytime and see a differnce ,please write in comments how and what camera u instaled . hope this helped ,happy growing

Another big growth week. Flowering actually started last week, but I am calling this the first full week of flowering. I have now switched to FloraNova Bloom and eliminated Grow after transitioning last week. I am now watering every 2 days. In one case, I waited 3-4 days and the plants were drooping badly. They sprung back to life after a good feeding. Still running lights on 18/6 and doing LST when possible. Thanks for everyone for answering questions and leaving comments. All of the input and feedback is very helpful for this first timer!

Trying to catch up on diary entries. I observed some leaf damage this week and also had some environmental issues this week. Between Sun and Tues (7 days ago) the temp sensor failed and the temp got as low as 70 for a couple of days. I also found a single cricket in the grow tent. Not sure if either could explain the leaf damage. I would definitely appreciate any thoughts or comments after you look at the pictures.

Asking for thoughts on leaf damage. I think there may be nutrient shock so I will be reducing PPM to 800 to see if that helps. I am confused by other problems seen on a few leaves. I also want to ask if I am getting close to harvest (check flower pics) since this is an autoflower

hey bro, The Damage seems to be only on couple of leaves ryt? or is it Systematically distributed ? the first one seems like light burn the other pictures , if it is only on couple of leaves it could be the leaves that were damaged ,and now repaired ( do nothing) if it is Systematically distributed ( new leaves or old leaves) ,you are looking at early stage of Potassium Deficiency probably ( add more ) you must know . They are more senestive at Flowering stage ,so be careful when you add new nut. to them ,and problems in the flowering stage will effect your yield at the end and one last note , your plants are too green ,which means you are giving them too much nitrogen ( or it couold be Genetic sometimes) ,you can compare the green color with last weeks ,if it is darker, it means too much nitrogen, if it is the same, then u dont have to change anything i hope this helps u ,happy growing :D

Looks like the end is near. Really need help from anyone reading this about harvest time being soon or far! I think it is 10-14 days away. I did a final feeding today. After today, all future waterings (starting 2-3 days from now) will be with GH flush solution probably for 7 days unless anyone here suggests that I do otherwise.

After looking at trichomes under microscope, I have continued normal feeding in week 10 (posted here is week 9) and hope to harvest in week 12 after a 1 week flush. The trichomes appear to be milky while, and I am trying to wait for them to show an amber head on the trichome to get a nice anti-anxiety final product. Please share any comments or advice on how I am thinking to harvest. After cutting, I will bring tent temp down to 73 and let them hang in total darkness for 7-10 days. Hopefully that will happen in week 12.

Happy Harvest Day!

This was my first ever grow attempt. The GH products were relatively easy to use, although investing in a Bluelab TDM and PH probe were critical for stability. The end product has been a bit weaker than hoped, but has much curing left to do in a controlled container.

Great experience and education during this first time grow. The input of other users was very helpful as I had questions during the grow.
