The first thing is to get rid of thrips. A potassium soap solution to apply foliarly to the plants works, or any other recipe that kills thrips and their larvae. You have to aply it to the leaves, to the steems and a little to the soil (spraying).
Then you have to prevent them from appearing again, for this you can use neem oil spray, a spray of garlic tea, or spread garlic on the ground, the thrips dont like the smell. You should also lower the temperature and/or humidity of the environment, because it is promoting the ideal environment for those insects.
