This is an indoor grow in a cabinet that is 18"x 24" and almost 6 feet tall.
It looks like a big wooden locker. I will get some picture of it if anyone is interested.
The light is a 300W (140W actual) MEIZHI reflector LED. It has a grow and bloom switch with a few IR bulbs too. The first few days I only used the veg switch, but I have them both on now and will keep it that way for the rest of the grow.
I am using 5 gallon Air Pots and the soil is 60% Black Gold potting soil mixed with 40% seedling soil. The cabinet is just big enough for two 5g pots to fit in diagonally.
I have plenty of height, but I may need to use some LST to maximize the sq ft of my space.
This is my second grow and my first indoor attempt. I grew two autos last summer outdoors and between both plants I harvested about 1oz dry weight. Not the best results but not bad considering temps were regurally above 100 degrees. I also struggled with a few pests and high night time humidity levels.
For this indoor grow. I have a Blue Dream Auto from Humbolt Seeds and a Black Cream Auto from Sweet Seeds. Both seeds germinated great in a cup of water. I placed the barely germinated seeds in the soil on December 2nd.
Three days later on December 5th both had sprouted and we will call that day 1.
At the end of the first week, I gave both plants a half dose of Amazing Roots from Callaways Nursury. This grow will be interesting because the BD is a Sativa and the BC is an Indica and they are already showing their differnces.
The Indica is shorter and got off to a faster start, while the Sativa is a bit taller with more space between each node.
They both seem to be off to a great start.
@Gringo, most of the time you'll see them start to bulk up in their last few weeks of flower. You still got some time left to see those ladies fatten up.
A killer harvest here. Nicely done. Both plants seemed as though they turned out well and produced a nice yield. Nicely done. Best wishes on the next grow!
@Perth, I just saw you are growing the Cream Carmel auto.
The Black Cream is just the Cream Carmel mixed with a purple plant. I like the Black Cream so much that I will probably order the Cream Carmel auto on my next order.
@Perth, Oops, I changed it to grams. Both smoke very well. The Black Cream taste better but can put you to sleep if you over do it. The Blue Dream can keep you up all night if you smoke too late. So they both have their purpose. If I dont want to not move off the couch and play video games, then I use the Black Cream. If I am going in public I will use the Blue Dream. If I want to get twisted and get my friends higher than they have ever been then I put a nug of each in the grinder and mix them together and it seems to be about perfect. Mixing them also looks great in a bowl with all different shades of green and purple with even some blue tints.
I have another Black Cream and a Rhino Ryder growing right now.
Hey dude, your blue dream seems a little slow. I have one that’s 36 days and is way into flower, take a look. I did have another that was a little slower but was still well into flower. Anyhow, nice grow, I shall be doing the OG Kush next too..... and likely more blue Dream... I love Sativa!
@Autonutter, Maybe it is slow... I am confused what you are implying though.
My Blue Dream is well into flower as well.
What is making you think that mine is not flowering? They look like big sticky flowers to me.
I just checked and I think you meant to write this to someone else. I saw they were growing blue dream and OG Kush.
I am 7.5 weeks in and the first real signs of anything problamtic are happeing. A slight nute burn on the tips of leaves and what looks like a phosphorus deffeciency has spread to most of the fan leaves. It looks like orange/red spray paint on only the fan leaves.
