- I'm using Gaia Green 2-8-4 for this grow in a 5 gallon smart pot at HALF recommended measure for pot which is 3tbsp per 4 liter of medium. 8tbsp total. Will top dress in 4 weeks.
- medium is Promix BX and 4l of coco coir in a 5 gal smart pot.
- also 5 tbsp of kelp meal and 3tbsp blackstrap molasses
April 5th - was the fastest seed ever for me, cracked in 12 hrs in a papertowel. In 24 hrs it had tap root and was put in a jiffy puck .
April 10th - I put jiffy with seedling in final pot.
- things went well off to good start.
- things a going good, she is showing pre hairs,,, got a good stretch between the 2nd and 3 nodes between April 23rd and April 28th.
- started LST on the 28th, just gave her a bend between 2 and 3 and tied top down to handle of smart pot and branches
- on the 29th added bamboo sticks to pot handle to handle and pulled main stem down to it, pulled top down and and forward and branches out.
- plant continued growing along horizontal.
- my goal with this plant is to try and keep its foot print the size of the saucer holding the pot, I don't want it taking to much room in tent, therefore I topped it at the 6th node May 4th inorder to contain its size.
- all growth is looking good, I do remove the odd leaf if need be or cut blades to half to open up bud sites to light.
- in week 6 I gave plant a sulfur spray as preventive maintenance due to mold issue in another room with some other types of plants. I have used White Wash for this before but don't have any and not easy to get at moment.
- May 13th removed all LST strings and bamboo, plant is on its own, time to bud up.
- have tied top stem to pot handle to prevent to much rising at top of plant.
- started another Night Queen auto for outside, will grow as xmas tree, no topping or lst, will be able to see how this plant grows normally and be able to compare yield results with indoor lst'ed plant.
- ignore my nutrients heading as far as the numbers, I stated my mixing ratios in comments from first week.
