So it seems the rabbit got the the crop the day after I put up the sticks which weren’t enough... that rabbit was really loving the high CBD but thankfully had the courtesy to leave the biggest plant mostly untouched. The Northern lights has 1 leave left, it must have suited the rabbits pallete.
I put chicken wire around the remaining plants.
Update: SK plant has really stared growing, new leaves forming at each node. The NL is recovering with new leaves growing at the remaining nodes.
Any advice for protecting the plant from getting eaten by insects? I think it is small flys I have found on the leaves. I would rather not use chemical pesticides.
Neem oil is an organic pesticide made from a plant. I use it as do many other growers. Just don't use it last 4 weeks of flower. You can plant marigolds around your crop to help deter alot of pests. And 🐞 are a great pest predators!! Happy Growing! 👊
Update: Went to the crop, and the situation is worse some leaves have now been eaten off. Ive ordered some neem oil, but read that soapy water is also a solution, so using that in the meantime😬
