Heey there 'erryone!
So while I was on vacation this week, these girls finished up their stretch and have juust started fattening up.
They are as healthy as ever so I decided a light defoliation won't affect them much.
I also spread out the branches a little on the White Widow since they were getting a bit too tight for my taste.

I suggest removing all new branches, but leaving all fan leaves. This will make her recovery way much faster
