Germ date 13/11 I out 3 seeds in water and then into paper towel however only one has worked, I have 2 more in paper towel and 3 more in water but please note these are seeds from some bud I got and not directly from a breeder. I only want 2 realistically but I expect some males.
20/11
I have 4 sprouted and going of this strain, iv never done 2 diaries at once let alone 8 plants so this will be interesting. I'm praying for at least 2 females but we will see, might use colidal silver on one of the plants if they're all females and get me some fem seeds for a later date
24/11
Full strength week 1 nutes today. I'm rushing this one along to speed them up. I hope it won't kill them iv always done a qtr or half dose then a week later a full strength so this will be the learning curve.
29/11
Gave them a feed, very slow growth on these ones, my autos are towering and only 3 weeks ahead, I hope these guys take off in the next 2 weeks.
Week 2 nutes
1/12
Didn't need watering.
2/12
Watering week 2 nutes, normally I run them a week behind but I'm trying this one bang on.
5/12
Ones not looking so great, I raised them closer to the light to see if it's a light issue but the other two are perfect just not growing as quick as I would of hoped. I pray the two goodies are females or this will be a complete waste of time.
Anyone have any ideas on the Derpy seedling? I'd love to hear it.
8/12
Fed them and leaving them be to develop, these ones seem to be going so slow! I expected them to be bigger by this stage ughh next time I'll stick to clones!
11/12
Transplanted one of them and now hoping to see some real results, I'm thinking this light doesn't cover the red spectrum very but these were random seeds and the others arent taking too well to a transplant either.
14/12
Coming along well, needs support to stand up for some reason but still healthy, I'm feeding week 4 nutes + I'm feeding a blue dream clone of my previous grow. One of my guys had it sitting around for 3 months so I'm going to finish it.
17/12
They're really taking off I'm hoping they're all females and I'll keep them in the big tent the whole grow. In 2 weeks I'll possibly flip them and find out if they're male or female but for now it's feeding time.
20/12
Gave them a feed and defoliated a little bit to help promote more growth.
22/12
Put them in the closet and running them on veg nutes for another 2 weeks then flipping. Fingers crossed I get all females.
25/12
Watered them today and decided to flip as they're decently sized and will be done before next inspection. Also I'm changing nutes to a different brand cutting down from 7 to just 3 + my purpinator as it's just too hard doing multiple week and different nutes so as soon as the shops open I'm gonna head there.
28/12
Gave them a feed of bloom nutes and defoliated a few of the bigger leaves that were covering the smaller leaves. Im looking out for signs of female or male a but it's not showing yet.
I'm hoping to buy new nutes and start on that next feed. Iv been using hygen but there's like 7 nutrients and I'm sick of mixing up 3 batches of different amounts so I'm swapping to plagron which is a fairly new nutrient set, it's coco a + b and something called green sensation, a mate says it's fantastic so I'm swapping over and it should cut my feeding time down from 30 mins to like 10 but I'll update as soon as I get it as stock is limited.
30/12
They're still rather wet from the other day so I gave them all 2 ltrs each of the new nutrients which is so much quicker. 10 ltr mix, 30mls plagron grow A + Grow B and 10mls of the flowering nutes green sensation at a ph of 6. We will see how they like the new nutes in a few days.
3/1
They're taking off but still no sign of gender which is driving me crazy!! I don't want to waste nutes on a male.
6/1
Gave them a feed, Still no sign of gender fml I'm about to put them in the big tent and force them into 12/12 under the big light.
9/1
Still no sign of gender, had a feed and I'm trying to figure out why they're not flipping I'm going to look at shifting them into the big tent which isn't what I wanted as the rooms completely full right now until the other two strains finish.
11/1
Moved them into the tent and closed off the cupboard as there has to be a light leak somewhere and I can't control so I have used the exhaust for that to suck the aircon directly into the tent and it's sitting stable at 25 degrees which is a big change from 30. Hopefully the changes will now show on the plants and I'll get a gender.
14/1
Finally shown gender I got all 3 and I'm looking to make clones to go around but the guy I got the seeds from is talking about giving me one to grow.
It looks like pH fluctuation growmie.
have a look and check if it can be your case: https://www.growweedeasy.com/cannabis-plant-problems/ph-fluctuations
hope i've been helpful
25/1
Gave them a feed today.
28/1
Gave them a feed and noticed white flies so I'm working out how to eliminate them without killing my plants.
31/1
Just gave them a feed, looking at swapping to hps.
3/2
going well, smells great I put them on the ground to enhance the lighting space but I am looking to change to a 600w hps light.
6/2
Gave them a feed, few more weeks and itl be great! The tent stinks!
9/2
Getting there, this seems to be a long flowering plant where as my blue dream flipped at the same time is almost done.
12/2
Just gave them a feed, they're in need of bigger pots but I can't change them now, they smell so damn strong it's crazy! I'll be doing another glueberry grow after this in a bigger pot. (Note that they're in 2ltr pots because they were bag seeds and I wasn't sure if they were male or female).
15/2
Gave them a feed and left them in the tent.
19/2
Still a fair way to go, only just getting some red hairs but very few, I'd guess maybe 3-4 weeks left on her. Gave them a feed again today and there's alot more room now the blue dream is gone.
22/2
Gave them a feed and now just playing the waiting game, a few red hairs so shouldn't be long now.
24/2
Gave them a flush, the nute mix was too strong and killed alot of the leaves. We will see how they do.
26/2
I gave them a feed and left them to be as I'm away camping for a few days, update in a couple days.
28/2
Okay 2 fried even further but lucky enough they're done so I'm flushing for a few days and I'll keep the last one going.
Was a great grow, they were bag seeds so they were only grown in 2ltr pots and by the time they showed female I couldn't transplant them so it was a small yield but the next grow will be better.
5 bag seeds I believe and only 3 worked. Considering the size of the plants I actually expected about 2 ozs per plant however I got 12.7 + probs an oz in small to popcorn size buds so I think I'll be looking at 3.5 ozs which will be fantastic as that will last me till the next 3 are done. Stay tuned for more :) and just a side note my new journals will be going brief as I don't have time to go full in depth and I never win anything anyways so I'm only doing this to 1. Keep track of my watering days and 2 to keep people informed and hopefully my progress will help someone, even if it's only 1 person it means the world that I'm helping someone. Peace out.
3 ozs in total of crispy dry bud.
