It's alive! Here's the Dirt Dawg! 4 days after the sprouted seed was placed into the soil. My plan with this one is to veg it under 18/6 for 4 weeks before flipping lights to 12/12 to flower. By the end of the second week I'll transplant it into a 2 gallon gro pro warrior pot where it will stay for the remainder of its life. Likely won't find out if this is a male or female plant until the sixth week as it is a regular seed. Really hoping it's a female, but if it's a strong male I may decide to breed it with one of the other 3 strains I currently have.

So for so good with the Dirt Dawg seedling. Haven't fertilized it yet, because the soil I'm using is fairly nutrient rich. I found that out the hard way... I also have 3 other plants about a week older then this Dirt Dawg in the same soil and tent that I fertilized at the end of week 1 and over did it. (Live and learn I guess) I moved the spider farmer up 6 more inches and dimmed it to about 75%. Man this light is intense! Still trying to dial it in. I also decided to transplant it a week earlier then originally planned. A move also based on the performance of the other 3 plants I have that are a week older. Looking forward to next weeks update with this one. Should have some good progression. Be kind GD!

The Dirt Dawg had a pretty good week! Not much to comment about right now. Still haven't fertilized it. Plan on topping it in the next couple days. Should get a little more exciting in the next couple weeks. Stay kind GD

The Dirt Dawg is starting to catch up to the others in the tent despite starting it a week after the rest. I haven't topped this plant, because I wanted it to catch up to the others. This will be it's last week of veg. before I cut the lights to 12/12. Looks like a female, but likely won't know for sure until a couple more weeks pass. Sorry for the pictures. I forgot to turn off the blurple light before taking them. Stay kind GD

Sorry for the pictures. I forgot to turn the blurple light off again! The Dirt Dawg is looking pretty strong in my opinion. It's been 9 days since my last post and the plant has put on some great growth. I've fertilized twice in the last 9 days and plan on reducing the light schedule to 12/12 in a few days. I know I originally said I'd reduce the light schedule by now, but I'm also trying to do what the plants are telling me and they are saying "we need another week of veg". Lol Until next week GD stay safe! and stay kind!

The Dirt Dawg is looking good. Switched to 12/12 at the end of week 5 and it is already starting to stretch. Besides that all I've done is fertilized a couple times. Hopefully in a few more days it will show signs of being a female. Stay kind GD
