Lemon ICE

Week 1 D1! Yes, ill name that day, day 1 also for my Lemon ICE . 15-01-2021😎(another grow going on same tent ) she showed up today looking good ! can't wait to see her growing Nothing really changed from germination conditions. Lights 24hrs temp 21,5 C 65+%RH 😉 Haven't watered them again, there still fine in the dome. Will water when is needed and again with only Rhizotonic and a little bit of Cal mag to be sure.💪 Ph 5,8 EC ~600ppm * to be updated tomorrow ! D2 Evening pictures update for today ,day 2 of life for Lemon ICE looking great and developing its first real leaves! I had a drop of humidity for some reason in my dome so sprayed all over the dome for lifting it up again, it worked . Im gonna try stick with VPD charts for this grow since I realised how much sense those proportions matters for plant life 🙌 Update in couple days !! D4 Lemon Ice got really tall but I assume is cause of the spectrum of those lights.Promoting tall plants in general! Growing great👌 D6 Almost the end of first week and I'm really confident with the progress she already made for less than a week. Lemon OG grew taller than the other plant in my grow. She's now developing the second true set of leaves , colour is great and I love the pointy and thin leave she has already ! Got her some fresh water mix , only with Rhizotonic and no Cal Mag this time. In couple days we start with nutrients at a small dose. Lets goooo

Week2 D1 New week for my LemonICE starts today and I changed the lights to 20-4 for the rest of the vegetative phase .Also dimmed them up to 50% That caused the temperatures to climb a bit higher and decreased humidity. Problem fixed, lowered the host room temperature a bit and the tent is going back to normal 22-23 C Today I will prepare for them new water mix with 1ml/lt Canna A&B, Rhizotonic and a bit CalMag Agent . Thats it for today , will come back with more picture updates in couple days !! D3 First time nutrients for her and she seems she like it. She's already growing fast and healthy with beautiful sativa-ish leaves which I really like a lot. Conditions changed a bit due to I dimmed up the lights to 75%. That raised the temp and lowers the humidity which Im not happy with but all good 🙌 Everything grows nice and healthy for the moment 💪 D5 Repotted her yesterday to her final 11lt pot with pure coco. Her roots were also looking for some more soil and decided to repot her immediately at her final container ! Slowed her down a bit cause of the transplant but I suppose she will be back stronger 💪🔥 She’s growing amazing and I have the feeling that she wants to be a big tree which I’m really fine with 😅 D7 Last day of week 2 for my lemon tree 🌲 She’s doing great aswell and she had outgrown my other seedling already even if she’s a day younger ! I’m in love with the shape of her leaves and can’t wait to smell that amazing citrus aromas 🤤🖤🍋 Same nutes for today and starting next week , I will pick them up a bit ! Till next week ... 💪✌️🖤

Week 3 D1 First day for Week 3 for my lemon tree 🌳 She’s doing amazing and she willing to grow a lot . Never seen bigger 1finger -first set of leaves in my plants . I was kinda expecting that when I was choosing the seed out of the pack , that was the biggest one ☝️ 💪 She’s developing third set rn and she’s gonna be topped at this 3rd node soon . Planning on manifolding her , will see her reaction to first topping tho ! Nutrients for this week will be like 1,5m/lt of Canna Coco Base nutes 0,5ml/lt Canna CalMag Agent 3ml/lt Rhizotonic 💪💪 Ph 5,8 (run off is a bit higher but I’ll fix it ) Environment is adjusted according to my VPD chart at 23-23,5 C and 60-65 %RH I still haven’t got the proper saucers for my pots and the whole floor of the tent was flooded and nasty which I’m really not happy with ... Supposed to arrive today so I’m gonna feel better soon 😅😅 D4 She's growing massive and I'm so happy with it! Big Buds soon.. Prepared an illustration with her name for better presentation on pictures, hope you guys like it 🙌 got them some saucers, there a bit smaller but they work and keep my floor clean so its okey.. D5 Topped today at third node ! Intense training will follow soon 💪👌🌱

Week 4 D2 Another week for my lemon tree and I’m surprised by that plant . Massive leaves and stem structure is amazing 💪 Fully recovered from last weeks topping and going strong Let’s see how she will perform in training one of those days 🌱💪👌 D3 Trained her keeping 6 mains and spread them around the pot for an even canopy in the future. she looks so sturdy and healthy. Some defoliation will follow soon cause its getting a bit bushy already . Great structure for training, performed well even when I was a bit more hard with that plant 💪 D6 She's growing massive and she managed to get of the ties and free herself again.Also noticed a small damage from fixing the ties down again sometimes. Some nodes are almost broken with some big enough scars but im positive that she will be fine. Will let her recover those marks and train her more soon to the sides of the pot. General internodal structure is amazing, can't show you for the moment cause so much extra foliage but soon will be visible! Defoliated 6-7 leaves out of her today for better flow!

Week5 D3 New week for my lemon tree and she's amazing already.Really great feeling for this one and the smell of it already breaks my nose, believe it or not. Responded great to LST training session today , left her a bit unwatered to be more flexible and worked. Will continue training throughout this week and this will probably be the last week of vegetating for her .New tent is on the way and will flower there. Defoliated like 5 leaves, no more needed as I thought of her structure.Is stretchy plant with medium internodal distance , perfect for multiple training techniques 💪 She will be a beast I suppose after this week and can't wait to see her flowering !Got a bit bored vegging 😂 Nutrients stay the same as last week, plant looks really healthy and thick branches are growing everywhere. Im watering her every other day for the moment and she's loving it , I suppose soon ill need daily , or an automation, will see... D6 Got some more leaves out of her today , mostly from the centre and huge fan leaves laying at the ground. no tops needed to leave since her structure is amazing for growing like a real tree, branches everywhere but still place for almost all of them to reach the canopy height , making it nice and even. this girl is ready for flip but unfortunately I don't have my new tent yet so she has to wait a bit! Im loving that strain so far , that structure is so nice and easy to train Watered again with fresh water 700ppm and no signs of problem yet , Canna rules !!

Week 6 Another week for that diary, tent had arrived and set up already! Plenty of new space for my plants to thrive! Lemon ICE moved into her new place and she liked it a lot. More space for her to spread and produce big buds. Unfortunately or not , lights haven't arrived yet so I have to wait a bit more in vegetation mode until I have proper lighting to flower. Growing wise now, she's doing great. Growing nice and stretchy and I think I have to tie her down one more time this week before flower. Another defoliation session will take place also this week cause she got really bushy again! Raised nutrients to 2,5ml/ lt Canna COCO A&B and stopped giving her Rhizotonic 750-800 ppm and ofc Ph 5,8 No complains yet , shiny green leaves and a little bit of tip burn noticed but she will be fine ! Cant wait to see her flowering!! D3 Last day for vegetating mode today! Another small defoliation for her and she's feeling GOOOOOD Almost 6 weeks of veg was enough and straight to flower!

So, Week 1 Flowering Mode D1 Lights have finally arrived so I couldn't wait any more and already changed the light schedule to 12-12 Ive placed each light underneath each plant and seems to work well! Lemon ICE will be flowering under my ol Samsung Quantum board ! Lets start this journey then , Flowers are coming soon !! D5 She’s growing massive and I’m so happy with it .. Structure already looks like a tree and we still have some weeks that she will keep growing . I haven’t touched her ties cause she’s growing really flat and wide by herself after last training session 🔥 I added some more nutes and CalMag to her diet and we are at 850-900 ppm for now with no complains and great growth !

Week 2 F D1 Another week down for my lemon ICE and everything goes well . Defoliated her one more time today since she was getting a bit bushy again and I want the lights to reach the lower parts of her ! I haven't overdone that keeping more than half of her leaves on. I think I could go a bit harder but its okey ... I find defoliation a really interesting technique for indoor gardening since plants are disease and pest free compared to outdoors. I will defoliate her one more time at the end of week 3 Cant wait for the next two weeks !! D5 Lemon ICE growing massive and those bud sites are getting taller every day! She's going super fast into flowering and more and more pistils are showing up every day Lushy deep green leaves and I really have nothing bad to say about her . She's just growing beautifully, great internal stretch , great structure, great colour ,smell is super fresh Introduced Canna Boost Accelerator to her diet at 2ml/lt and lets get it started Till next Update

Week3 Flowering D1 New flowering week for my lemon Ice She's just massive , I can't say anything about that plant, growing like a tree and those buds looking so nice already... I think she will be the yielder of that grow! She's already taller and more developed than the other plant I grow together . Pistils are growing all over the plants tops and we getting there day by day Smell is already there , when I walk in my grow room I already feel like I have flowers in there 😂 She's consuming water fast and im affraid that the combination COCO, fabric pots, hand watering and BIG plants like that, will be pain in the ass 😅 D4 Nothing to say, really Just some more pictures from day 4 I Love that monster 👹😍

Week 4 Flowering D1 Was D22 of flowering and performed the planned defoliation ! Got almost 70-80 per cent of her leaves out , Only BUDS and no leaves except some new ones left ! I believe that defoliation is indeed efficient and increases airflow , light penetration through the canopy, humidity control, nutrients straight to buds and not on leaves and more other reasons Leaves in nature are responsible , except photosynthesising , to act as: Shield from the plant against diseases and pests Microclimate control due to plants can raise their prefered humidity around them caused by transpiration Nutrients and water storage on the plant All of those abilities , seems not needed on my plants due to closed ,controlled environment in which they are growing in! Im here to provide them shield from pests , enough nutrients and the proper environment to thrive 💪 One more thing I always consider , is that cannabis is mostly wind pollinated in nature, so exposing her to more air around her buds, I see more production of calyxes and ofc pistils , and pistils are there for that reason😎 Collecting that pollen 💪 Anyways , some thoughts on Defoliation , hope you like it ! D3 48 hrs after defoliation and you can see that buds continue to grow fast and filling up nicely ! She's consuming a loooot of water and I almost feed her daily with a litre of water !! Week 5 F D1 &3 Shes doing great, nothing really to say about that plant. Shes growing biiiig and smelly buds , trichomes appeared last days of last week, week 4 and the production of them is going like crazy Buds are already shaped and started filling up. Plant ended up stretching at almost 120cm from soil level , and buds forming are already like 20 Introduced Canna PK 13-14 booster with 1,5ml/lt for week 5 and maybe 6 , depends on the way she will develop through those weeks last time I uses that product in combination with Boost accelerator it worked great and so im expecting this time 🙌

Week 6 D3 Shes doing great, producing big flowers , full of resin and outstanding smell all over my grow room Every week she gets more weight consuming water like crazy, fabric pots and coco is a pain-in-the-ass combination which I dont like so ill switch to plastic pots at my next grow probably Except watering difficulties, noticed lots of nutrient salt buildups on the bottom of them which cause a small toxicity on my plants and im afraid it affects my ph levels as well 😠 During this and the next week she will get some PK booster and then will start flushing D7 Still flowering perfectly ! Im amazed with her in general, great flowers, resinous and smelly AF She looks like she only have two weeks to go and I might give her a third one , depends on her ripeness PS Im having significantly less time during last weeks but of ill stay updating my account , weekly ! New diaries are also coming with new strains getting ready for my new adventure after this one! STAY UPDATED people, great strains are coming

Hello everyone , For some reason I was not able to login on my account here for a while and considering the significant less time I have for a while now, had to stop updating my diaries. Seems like I found some more time recently again so I will try to keep up with those diaries I left unfinished with some pictures I have made. Unfortunately, I do not have a lot of pictures but at least I have some from those beautiful looking buds of that strain. So, Week 7

Week 8 and the last one ! No nutes for that last one. Unfortunately I had to chop her a bit in a rush cause I had to empty the whole room for house repairs. Some last weeks pictures also taken before she chopped.

Easy Growing , no problems at all. not a heavy feeder , nice heavy and dense buds. Long colas , stretchy with lots of sativa characteristics. At the end I got 60 g of nice and dense bud and some more airy little ones , almost 20 more ! Thats a great result for me , considering that was just one plant under a 100w LEDs. Was a pleasure to grow this one , always liked citrus strains and that was my favourite growing so far ! Thanks a lot Amsterdam Genetics Team ! Cant wait for the next ones!
