First of all, WOW. Auto escobar went straight into soil and germinated within 3 days. She has a strong base already and I can see how this girl is going to be a beast.
The seeds started in a 1gal pot with a removable bottom for ease of uprooting to her finish of a 7gal cloth bag.
This little girl is taking her time. The temps dropped a little here in north Canada and its hard to manage the drops. Although I have raised her bed and increased the heat in the tent.
Week 3 is showing some signs up upper growth, unfortunately the weather has turned very cold here in Cape Breton and as hard as I'm trying to keep the temps up its proving tricky.
As a an auto flower strain I am hopeful that we continue to see some growth and development.
Happy with the progress considering our drop on temps, and will look for a vast improvement in the coming weeks as temperatures start to regulate and go up a little.
We took her and moved her to the big girl tent. Bottom out of her original pot and placed into 5gal. This eased our transplant and adjustment time. Happy to see her jump since. Excited to see how we grow from here
She is a beautiful plant. Big full green leaves, strong stem and root system. Soaking up the light and loving every minute of grow time.
We're getting excited about the potential with this Auto Pablo Escobar and hope to see more production this coming week.
Just an absolute explosion in size this week. Pablo Escobar is becoming a beautiful beast. What a gorgeous plant. I am so stoked to see the flowers start to pop. Side by side with Auto Fractal, they're both thriving
This week we saw the addition of a new light, the Green Sunshine Company V3 300W and the addition of new nutrients Dutch Science Nutrients Bloom. The plants have responded really well, jumping almost a foot in their first week of flower. The new light should really make these buds big and dense.
This week saw a lot of growth in the buds, the smell has started to become sweet, as if you were smelling a light aroma of pine, citrus, and capsicum.
The flower structure is strong and the branches holding up. A little defoliation this week and we would like to see some advanced growth in the buds.
These buds could be slightly larger and quite a bit denser, leaving me to think the timeline for harvest will be end of March.
Let's hope she responds well to a bit more light and airflow.
Loving the Pablo so far.
This week we were able to remove a few more fan leaves as they started to yellow. We have started our last weeks of flush and look forward to seeing what this beautiful plants final production is.
We are in love with Dutch Science Nutrients and their Bloom. We will be 100% using all of their nutrients for our plants going forward.
Although we love the bud production with these girls we are desperate to see some more trichomes develop.
Our hairs are still very white and we do expect as they transition to the final stages of life that we will see more milky trichomes.
Check out those buds though, spectacular
This is day 68 from Seed. Once again Pablo is looking very strong. The odour is starting to fill the room. A pleasant odor if citrus, pine, and sweet Forrest. She is starting to enhance the trichome production and will be soon ready for the final 3 days of darkness. Looking at a harvest around day 80 at this point. A little behind the 70 day recommended, but we want to ensure this beautiful girl gets all the time and love she needs.
All of this is just post chop. I will make sure to add another post of dry weight with smoke after. The buds were pretty dry at harvest as I like to stress my plants in the final days of grow to increase trichome production. Keep following for more information.
