This is nothing to do with lighting and everyting to do with incorrect feeding.........pH of what you are putting in may not have any resemblance to the actual pH of the soil........another probable factor.

if only tops start to fade, you see rusty spots, most probably its light burn, i dont speak about taco leaves, just simple bleaching. rest of canopy, further from light stays healthy green you have this and i guess either too low ph and burn of nute excess or just too much food added to light burn i ruined my current run too, if conditions and food is right, you can blast heavy with leds ( had 5 cm away lights for 2 weeks) without big harm, but just make mistake in watering or ph and all cascade of problems starts .. there is always next run, just learn from this.

A me sembra una carenza di potassio, somministrare solo fertilizzante alto in potassio tanto ormai ti manca poco per finire il ciclo.
