Looks like a good product. https://drorganicslivingsoil.co.uk/shop/dr-organics-living-soil-50-litres/ Similar to a mix of soil I make but I add in a bit of peat to help with PH. This type of soil may need extra perlite though to prevent compacting. Best to also use it with dry amendments like on their webpage. If you want to use hydro nutrients then just do pure coir and perlite as the other aspects are not needed as they are all in the fertlizer.

I've not used that brand but it appears to be mixed down already, 50% coco coir. Many living soils come as a hot mix that you blend with regular soil, with this product it looks like you can skip that step. I'd still add perlite though to help drainage and aeration. When these types of media are mixed properly they make life easy, it's just water and go until it gets depleted. Amending these types of soils can be tricky if your grow runs long though. This line does sell amending products too though to recharge the soil, though I dunno if they're intended for during or in-between grows. It takes time for the microbes to break the stuff down and make it available for the plants.
