No, it is not a problem, just a common mutation.
It will not affect anything,.....growth, health, vigor, yield or potency.........nothing.
It was not caused by anything you did.......it is a fairly common anomaly.
Sometimes even buds grow on leaves and on leaf stems too!

Not a big deal. It's just a mutation....like people with webbed toes lol. I've seen leaves push entire miniature leaves fron their centers, even tiny buds sometimes.
