Temperature gets up to 86 in my 3x3 when running veg/bloom on my 3 full spectrum led grow lights

I'm using 3 1,000 watt (actual total wattage is 420) full spectrum led grow lights with built in cooling fans. Running veg only the temp stays around 70 but if I run veg/bloom it gets up to 86. Is that too hot? How can I lower the temp? I've got an oscillating fan running.

30 °C isnt too much some plants (sativas) growing better at higher temperatures, but at later stages you will get more hot with more humidity. You will need exhaust fan and some osclating fans to corect temperature, aim for 25°C-28°C.
