I also agree, soaking the seeds 12 hrs, I don't add in ammonia, I have used a bit of peroxide before but don't know if it helped shit. Some say scarfying the seeds helps I used to do this but found it was not needed on fresh seeds.

Glass of water with 0.5% ammonia should do the trick
