First Grow - Yellowing Is this ok?

First grow ever. Wondering if this yellowing is ok or what might be causing it? Seedling is 2 weeks old. Just transplanted to final home. Happy Frog in solo cup, then 50/50 HF and OF in 7 gallon pot. 2nd seedling pictured looks fine, just not as much growth.

Could be too much water or not enough nitrogen. If you had this in the solo cup for a few weeks it’s really easy to over water a solo cup so I would think it would be that.
It looks like it can handle a dose of nutrients at its age so your next water should have some nutrients in it as well.
