Its Day 12 of my 5 plants and i was wondering if my my bottle plant (safety plant if one would not germinate) looks healthy or not

It defiantly does not to me. The markings on the newest leaf indicate some sort of issue. Most likely at this stage of its life it would be either a pest or malformation of the roots because they are not really absorbing much from the soil just yet at this point.
Aside from the white dots all over the leaf it appears to be growing a tad slow for 12 days old.
I would give it a little while to see if the next set of leaf has any issues as well. At that point we can better judge what could be going on.

IDK if I agree, the plant have some weird markings on its leaves. They should not look like that to me.
If it progresses it might be a dud or something is off in the medium. Let it grow out some more and check back in.
The markings look like pest or issues with the roots. hard to say. But give it some time.

looks perfectly healthy to me the natural light shows a nice shade of green not to dark not too light seems like your doing a great job keep up the fantastic work :)
