Looks like it is a root issue. Possibly too much water or not enough. If adding nutrition and not getting run off then it is like a salt build up in root base. It does look like nutrition is heavy in plant by color. Which would also say your feeding heavy or your not getting run off to rinse out old salts from prior feeds.
