Could be a bit of burn or PH flux, if you just transplanted this could also be it.
I don't think its much to worry about, might want to invest a bit of time and create a diary for the plant.

If that is the only spots on your entire plant it could be a burn that happened if you accidentally got nutrient water in the leaf in the middle of the day and it got baked.
