What are these burned pistils? What its extrange it isnt in the nearest parts of the light

This can happen for many reasons. sometimes they are damaged from touching them, other times the air is to dry, other times its from the fan being pointed directly at them. Or the lights to close and to much heat. When just the tip dies out It can mean pollination though. so go and check for some pollen sacks or nanners. Good Luck!

When I had this before it was russet mites. It ruined a handful of plants I had growing. Russet mites are extremely tiny. Like can barely see under 100x magnification.

Can't see anything in your picture, try taking a close up. Is there any possibility of pollination? This could explain the drying pistils.
