White spots

Although brown edges on leaves it doesn’t look like over fertilising. And it’s not that clear but looks a bit calcium and magnesium deficient. I noticed red leaf stems. Do u have any purple streaking on the main branches. This can be magnesium deficiency. It can also be because lights are too strong but usually under led . Where the leaf stems (petioles) are red/purple have a look on the underside of said petioles and if it’s green it’s prob the light that’s too strong. If it’s red too it’s likely genetics. I’d up your base feed (NPK) and double check everything from nutrition to lighting
