Are my plants ready for LST?

its my first grow and i was planning to start LST tomorrow. The pictures are 2 days old.

Yes LST one stem at a time. If do more this can stress the plant.

You should be fine to tie her down or top her. If you check my grow I just tied my plants down and I wish I did a little sooner. Good luck growing! 😎

Let them get a bit more established, 6 nodes at least, then start training.
A good foundation is essential.
The first node growing from the single bladed leaf at the base of the plant can be safely removed, they never amount to much in my experience and are generally a waste of time and energy.
